After installing update for Windows 11 23H2, Firefox would run but could not display pages. I tried re-installing Firefox with the online installer but it can't complete the installation and no Firefox.exe can't be found. I then tried downloading and installing the offline version. The installation appears to complete but Firefox doesn't launch and Firefox.Exe can't be found in C:/Program File/Mozilla/.

Good morning, today I downloaded Debian 13 Mate version and to install Firefox I entered the following commands taken from https://support.mozilla.org/it/kb/installare-firefox-linux#w_installare-firefox-tramite-il-pacchetto-deb-per-le-distribuzioni-basate-su-debian-consigliato and the commands were

I’m trying to install the latest version of Firefox on Debian, as described at https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/install-firefox-linux#w_install-firefox-deb-package-for-debian-based-distributions. I’ve tried twice, several days apart, but both times things fail at the third step, with the fingerprint not matching. Can I do anything besides try again later? I’m using Firefox ESR, as packaged by Debian, in the meantime.

Hi, just tried to access Firefox via an existing PC desktop short cut and it said "The item "firefox.exe that this shortcut refers to has been changed or moved, so this shortcut will no longer work properly. Do you want to delete this shortcut?" Not sure why it's suddenly done this.Should I delete the app via "Add remove" and re-install.

Hihi, on the website it says that firefox can be installed on ios devices with at LEAST ios 8, and my iPhone 5 has ios 10 buut the app store is being stingy and wont let me download it unless i have ios 15 or later. is there any way to somehow put an older version of firefox on my phone??

Unfortunately, with every attempt to install Firefox, the Firefox LinuxMint (Ubundu) package will be still installed. The command to priorise the Mozilla repository seems to have no influenace.

How can I prevent/avoid using the LinuxMint/Ubundu repository? I wan't to install and update Firefox direct from Mozilla source.

I'm using Linux Mint 22.1 Xia base (Ubuntu 24.04 noble)

On my Lenovo Tab 11 Android tablet Android version 11. I was having problems with Firefox stalling and freezing up when opening a single web page (any web page) I uninstalled Firefox and went to the Playstore to reinstall. Android Playstore on Tab 11 no longer lists any Mozilla web browser as available? So I used another tablet with FFox and emailed playstore link. On Tab 11 Playstore will not let me install it on Lenovo Tab 11. Is there an incompatibility or is Android blocking Firefox?

I'm trying to install version 52.9.0 of Firefox on windows XP. The file available here does nothing when I run it. Windows doesn't show any dialogues or give errors. Nothing happens. When I check on Taskar, I can see the CPU activity go up, but the installer doesn't appear as a process. Recently, I re-format my old Chromebook, then found that Firefox web browser is no longer available in Google Play(10 months ago still OK).

Also, can't install the APK in the Chromebook directly, after followed some methods via YouTube.

We would like to appeal Mozilla team, if possible, Firefox is highly available in Google Play, even the old Chromebook, PC or Android system.

I have a Windows 7 PC. IE no longer works. I would like to use Firefox to access the Internet. Firefox offers a version for download. I got it using my Windows 11 PC, however it fails saying that it can only be installed on Windows 10. Can this be fixed? I cannot access the Internet from my Windows 7 PC.

It appears my Firefox system is operating under Windows 10, which creates an issue with my email because, currently I'm running the Windows 11 operating system!!!?

I've used Firefox for year but this morning it would not open. so after trying everything else I uninstalled it and tried to re install but the new installation will not open
