Hallo,

How do i manage my folders such as addition, renaming and delete folders?

Additionally, i would appreciate the possibility to undo the swipe. For example, if the wrong message has been moved to Trash.

After I read a new message in my Inbox, it seems to disappear from the Inbox. It still shows up in All Mail, and I can find it using the search function, but it no longer appears in my Inbox. Pixel 9a, Android v16 OS. Thanks

There are certain emails that I get that in the email list display that show escaping HTML instead of data that would be human readable.

Its not all emails but it seems to be emails that maybe also have an image in the body of the email right away that is perhaps in a specific format that it happens.

I will attach screenshots. Target will be my example.

I've installed the new Thunderbird for android (been using K9 for a long time). With both of them now, the initials in the email account icons are simply indicative of the email provider eg BT, GM etc making different accounts from the same provider indistinguishable. How do I change the icon initials/change then to a graphic.

I like very much Thunderbird very much, but I had to move recently to use an Android device, that is my main computer now. I normally work with four email accounts, and I sometimes need to move emails across different accounts. I found out that it is not working on the mobile app. Are there any plans to include this functionality in Thunderbird? Thank you very much.

 When I use Thunderbird for Android and delete an email it no longer appears in Thunderbird as it should. However if I switch to K-9 Mail it hasn't been deleted. It doesn't matter how many times I try to sync my mailboxes. Is this expected or is something wrong with Thunderbird for Android? If I do the same on Thunderbird on Mac it works just fine. This is currently keeping me from fully switching to Thunderbird for Android on my phone...

I went out of the USA on May to Ecuador and Peru, and on the same day the Android version of Thunderbird stopped retrieving new email from the server. I have used Thunderbird pointed to the same server on Windows 11 and Android successfully for years. I thought it might be something to do with being out of the country, but now I'm back in the USA, and sync account on Android still does not retrieve new mail that has accumulated since May 4th. I've been following my email using a webmail access so I know there's lots of new mail. I've closed and reopened Thunderbird on the Android, and I've tried sync account with the webmail access closed. I have not yet tried Thunderbird on my windows 11 laptop because I'm still not home yet. Any suggestions welcomed, thank you for your help! I have Thunderbird on Android 15. I can not move an accidentaly deleted message back to the inbox.

In Thunderbird > settings > general settings > visualization > visible message management (approximate translation from other language) I have selected "move".

I suspect that this is an error.

When I open my Inbox on Thunderbird for Android, the notifications are still displayed even after I close out of the app. So I have to always go back and manually swipe away all the notifications.

I realize that I can select all the messages in either the trash or the spam folder and then delete them, but the empty trash button does not work in version 21.0. it worked perfectly in the prior versions.

I'm not sure where to go with feature requests, I didn't find that at all on my mobile... But, let me shoot, and you shoot me down if I wasted your time.

1. I would like to be able to archive directly from the Android notification. That's currently not an option.
2. I would love to have the time stamped directory option for archiving that we have on desktop. Right now on Android we can only go the to the "archive" directory.

So, what I really do now, as I read most of my e-mails on mobile, but do some specific processing on desktop, is mark it either as read or archive it on mobile. Then I go to desktop and archive it again...
