So I moved from my old Galaxy S21 Ultra into a new Xiaomi 17 ultra.

Installed Firefox and logged in with the qr code thing on my main computer.

Firefox on the phone says it's synced but the list of passwords is empty. Not a single password in the list. Lots of passwords on the main computer.

This worked just fine on the old S21 Ultra.

Any ideas?

This is a completely fresh install on a new phone so not to be ungrateful, the typical good advice about clearing cache and reinstalling is just not relevant here.

Recently, for some reason, my Send to Device on mobile doesn't send the tab to Desktop. I'm running the latest Firefox on PC and mobile (Galaxy S25+ latest Android version).

I've tried uninstalling/reinstalling mobile, logging out/reconnecting my Firefox account on PC and rebooting but nothing seems to work. I CAN send from PC to mobile device; just not the other way around. Started maybe a month or so ago without warning.

Installed Firefox on new android. When I try to sign in using sync the camera doesn't recognize the QR code on laptop pair screen, turned up brightness, hold closer and further away etc but just doesn't recognize. If I log in using email my passwords, history etc do not transfer.

I have used Firefox for years now and I always keep my sync on. When I sign in to a new device, I sync and all my data. I had a problem with my PC today and I downloaded Firefox for mobile on my Android tab. I tried signing in but forgotten my password, I did a reset and logged in and tried to sync but I can't find my previous data. I can't even see any of my previous devices. This is strange because it has always worked

Any help will be deeply appreciated.

I had a phone set up for synchronization, and the tabs were synced. Now, that phone has disappeared from my main phone—the one that listed all the devices—and all the tabs are gone. What should I do?

How can I get my tabs back? 😭

I've been a Firefox user for ~15 years or so and specifically a Nightly user for about 10 of those. On my Samsung Galaxy S24+ I recently had to reinstall the Nightly app; However, when I logged in and confirmed my identity to Mozilla™ it appears to have synced everything EXCEPT my bookmarks. Luckily I had the standard Firefox Browser for Android app also installed on the same device so not all is lost.

My Question: What could cause Nightly to sync other things but exclude bookmarks? Is there a way to export the ones from the other Firefox version to a file, then import them to Nightly?

I am not that technically inclined, but I want foxfire as search engine on my pixel 9 and to use it on my Chromebook. My phone is connected to my Chromebook but I don't know what's I'm doing wrong. I can't get phone & Chromebook together on foxfire & mozilla

I have now tried every fix available that I have found online and none of them match what I am experiencing. If I am browsing on my phone and want to save it as a book mark i am unable to choose where to save it under my bookmarks. It just says save to bookmarks. Now i try and find that bookmark on my laptop but to no avail. The Mozilla bookmarks are terrible and unfortunately to say here EDGE kicks Mozillas butt. Both Laptop and Phone are on my only profile. I then also found that the search history is limited and wont show all history. Tried all fixes on web. Not one works. May have to revert to EDGE.

Firefox for Android has stopped syncing (in the three-dot menu it says "Sign back in to synchronise: Synchronisation paused"). I tap that, tap "Reconnect to sync", enter my username and password, click "Sign in" and.... nothing happens. The "Sign in" button is greyed in, and it seems I have signed in because I get the email alerts about the new sign in, but the page does not redirect/tell the browser that sign in was successful.

Please could this be fixed so I can sync my bookmarks & open tabs?

You can help by letting my sync be turned on so you can see I've only one device and quit asking me to keep signing in a device already signed in . Then you might not be confused about how many devices I'm actually using
