I'm using a dell Inspiron with windows vista (home basic). I downloaded Skype and was promoted to install some emoticon thing with it and somehow it closed my browsers. When I went to open it again, I'm getting messages from Microsoft windows that says "Firefox has stopped working. A problem caused the program to stop working correctly. Windows will close the program and notify you if a solution is available." I uninstalled Skype and the emoticons, restarted my laptop, and Firefox still won't open at all. Please help me! Thanks.

Sir , in the FIREFOX browser app for Andriod there is no built in download manager , it is also not in add on store , this is a very important thing which you must give to us , in current version we are not able to pause and resume our downloads and to view with how much internet speed it's downloading , in countries like India we have very high data rates and also inconsistent and slow connections so when downloading a file which is pause and resume supported from the back-end side we are still not able to have pause and resume support in the Browser itself , firefox is a great browser but in this feature it gets beaten by the browsers like UC and it's not acceptable , i hope you improve this/

This seems to appear on large pages (e.g. many pictures, Desktop version) more frequently.

1) How it works: User open web-application and give permissions to use camera. Next he can use camera to get a screenshot. If he do it he get image on screen.

3) Problem: All work good in firefox 49 at all devices, and in firefox 50 at all devices except Lenovo B8080-H on Android 4.4.2. At this device we get green square instead screenshot. I think that something wrong in drawImage method on this device.
Also in browser i get warning that "navigator.mozGetUserMedia is change to navigator.mediaDevices.getUserMedia", but if I try to use navigator.mediaDevices.getUserMedia I don't get notification to allow permissions to camera

So I installed Firefox on my computer and I am trying to finish setting up my Firefox account. It keeps asking me to link my phone number and to install Firefox on it, so I did by going onto Google Play Store and installing the browser. Even though I logged onto my Firefox account via my phone, Firefox on my computer still asks me to set it up on my phone. Because of this, I can't finish registering my account.
Even clicking the link that was sent via SMS doesn't work; it opens in Firefox but nothing happens on the other end.
I tried refreshing the awaiting confirmation page, it just brings me back to the page shown in the first image.
I closed Firefox, re-opened it, signed out of my account, and signed back in again. It keeps asking me for a phone number.

This support site should provide a Users Guide in addition to answering FAQs. With the basics and even advanced topics covered, there would be fewer questions and fewer frustrated users. IF users need further help after searching there, then this form should be available for trouble shooting. Did I just completely miss the Users Guide somewhere?
Lastly, basic questions like the one I've asked above should be included in google search. General questions usually have a a simple explanation listed first thing before any search results BECAUSE TIME IS VALUABLE. Waste my time and I'm DONE with your app no matter how "cool" it is!
