Why won't web pages show in dark mode and are still white. So far the only browser I have seen that will also darken a web page is the standard Samsung browser. Love Firefox on my computer but on a tablet the darkening of web pages from the bright white is crucial. How can this be fixed?

I am writing to report a problem with the context menu in Firefox for Android. I am very dissatisfied with how it is designed and I would like to have more control over it.

First of all, there are too many options from other apps that I do not use, which clearly take up space and I want to remove them, but I cannot. They are irrelevant to my browsing experience and they clutter the menu.

Secondly, I do not like that despite the bulkiness of the context menu, it only displays 2-3 items, and to get to the one I need, I have to scroll through the menu several times, which is extremely inconvenient. For instance, I often want to copy text, but this option is hidden at the bottom of the menu. It would be much easier if it were visible at the top or have the ability to build the context menu for my needs.

In other words, there is a bulky and inconvenient menu, which also has unnecessary and annoying options that I cannot do anything about, because apparently, the ability to customize and change the context menu is removed in the Android version.

I have a Pixel 8 Pro and not sure if this has been a recent issue since the December update when I click on a phone number or dial icon I expect to end up on Google dialer but for some reason it just loads for a sec and nothing happens. This works fine on other browsers like Chrome and Vivaldi, is there a setting to tweak otherwise I had copy the number or use another browser.

Around 3 years ago, I made a request to bring back Firefoxs amazing image toggling feature to allow users to toggle on and off images while browsing the web.

Some may think the only purpose of this feature is to save data and that is a good reason. But it has other uses as well. The internet can be triggering, it can be overstimulating. A power user can take control of that, and honestly, after my thread from 3 years ago was closed, the last word was, "Due to your request, The Team has decided to add this permissions (images, web fonts, javascript) somewhere around the end of this year."

But 3 years later, here we are. Still no Images selection in the Permissions menu.

I'm back asking for it again. I'm tired of using Opera mobile as the only mobile browser that has this feature. I want to come back to Firefox. And if someone won't do it, please point me in the direction for how I myself can alter this open source software so that I can add this old feature back.

merry christmas all ... in bookmarks why can't you organise them the way you want to ie: move them up or down in the order you want them... I can't find a way of doing it. and secondly on the homepage in the image I have uploaded why is there so much wasted space? and you can only have 2 rows of shortcuts. When I'm going to full screen video - I'm got control buttons on the screen. It's happened 2 weeks ago and go on to this day. I have to use Firefox to access my bank accounts as my version of chrome is no longer supported. However the magnification of the pages is too great in Firefox for me to use full page options. How can I reduce magnification of a Firefox page?

Every time I use the voice input option it does not automatically pop up as it does on Chrome and used to in the past. Also once I'm done with the voice input it and hit the back button, it does not close out and return to keyboard as it used to and does in chrome.

I also tried on Firefox nightly installed on my work profile and it's the same thing. So it seems to be across the board with Firefox.

S22. And as I noted it's fine on other browsers only Firefox is doing this.

Whenever I start highlighting something in the Firefox app for Android, the highlight segment always snapps to the top of the page. It doesn't matter if I'm using the front or end of the highlighter, unless I am extremely careful and only want to highlight one or two words, it will always jump to the top of the page and highlight everything inbetween.

As you can understand, this is highly frustrating.

This seems to happen regardless of if I have extensions installed or not.

I am using a Pixel 6 Pro phone.

My issue is a rather frustrating one as, try as I might, I am unable to find the Menu button on the Firefox Home Screen.

FYI I’m using an Nvidia Shield that is utilising the latest Android TV OS.

Any help and advice that can be provided would be greatly appreciated.

Hi Members, I know this question comes up regularly, but I'm asking it again please.

The Firefox mobile browser has the 'Collections' group tab feature, but is there a way of seeing these grouped tabs either at the top or bottom of the browser app page?

Is there plans in the future to instigate the feature, or can it be turned on in the development mode settings?

Surely I'm not the only one, when I try to paste in to a field in firefox 122.01 stock android 13, the paste buttons disappears almost immediately after you long press on a text field. Maybe 1 time in 3 it works ok.

Also, does anyone else have an issue with accessing facebook in firefox? Most times you try to type in a text box, it appears under the on-screen keyboard.

I had my homepage setup on my old phone with firefox and the Ustart homepage but when I tried to do the same thing on my new phone There is no place to enter it like the used to be
