My old device is dead. Got a new Samsung but I am unable to synchronised my old firefox profile including bookmarks, history etc as the old profile is not on the list.

I need to recover my old profile onto my new device

I was trying to edit my bookmarks on firefox mobile but I noticed that I wasn't able to manually move a bookmark (putting it one block higher/lower) nor am I able to highlight more than one page to put in a folder or put it higher/lower. It seems like a really simple feature yet it's still not implemented.

The only thing I can do when I highlight more than 1 page is that it allows me to open them both in a new tab/private tab or delete them both.

Slow loading sites. I've cleared cache, no sync options set (not available to change sync. It just continues to stick in bufferering) & have no additonal tracking blockers running. The other 4 browsers I use are working fine. Sonits definitely a Firefox issue.

• also, sporadically I'm not able to edit a bookmark after saving a page. The edit option will not appear & clicking on the bookmark again doesn't open the bookmark. I've also uninstalled & reinstalled. Samsung Galaxy Note9 with latest non-beta build using latest Android. I like using Firefox over the other apps so any help is appreciated.

My mothers firefox on her samsung tabA has failed or wont function. Before i delete the app and reinstall it, i would like to locate, copy or save her bookmark file, is this possible? She didnt have firefox sync set up.

I uninstalled Firefox from my Galaxy A32 android phone. When I reinstalled Firefox, all of my bookmarks are gone. I have years of information collected. Is there a way to get them back?

1) When I tap on 'reply' on the drop down menu to reply to a YouTube video comment it adds a like to the comment. I'm tapping directly on "reply" on the drop down menu. What's up with that?

2) Why isn't it possible to edit YouTube comments on Firefox for Android? This seems like such a simple thing and it can be done in Firefox for windows.

3) Why do bookmarks and collections have such limited functionality? For example if I want to move a bookmark folder to another location I have to do it on a desktop computer. And if I get a new phone there isn't any way to transfer the bookmarks in the collections folder to the new phone because collections doesn't have a sync function.

Why can't I put bookmarks into folders? I've followed all the instructions but nothing works. Bookmarks cannot be created or moved to folders.

There is no option to accept only back arrow. Bookmarks never move.

Seems no way organize bookmarks in android.

I just downloaded Firefox to use on my Chromebook and Android phone to replace Google Chrome. I want to import my bookmarks from Google Chrome, but it says I can only do that by clicking on the "three bar" or "hamburger icon" menu button, which I can't find anywhere on either my Chromebook or phone. I've been searching for where to find it or ways to make it show up, but nothing works, not even hitting ALT on my keyboard. If I can't import my bookmarks from Chrome to Firefox, then I'll just go back to Chrome. Has anyone had this problem before and/or knows what to do to fix this?

Why haven't Firefox developers provided a method to automatically sort bookmarks alphabetically for Android users? It's been years since any progress on this issue. Your Android users should not be ignored!!! Is there a problem with Google? Vesa2789
