I found that everytime the web request a permission, like location, microphone. I click 'allow' button, but it's never work.

But when I click 'dont' allow' button, it's work.

Maybe it's a bug? Please help me check it.

Version 133 Android pie. Unauthorized background data usage even when set to denied. System is set to deny background data usage, no exception yet firefox using data. Hate to put firefox on firewall's deny list. Is the future of firefox releases.

Long time firefox user and supporter

Firefox for Android on Pixel 8: When trying to use the Google image search in the browser or the search widget, there is no shutter button or any other camera controls—see attached screenshot. I have uninstalled/reinstalled FF multiple times and have rebooted the phone. This feature works fine in Chrome and the Google widget.

As above, tablet freezes since latest update, by either Firefox or yahoo. Then I have to open up Chrome, go to same yahoo site to view the stuff I used to watch on Firefox. I'm a stock market trader, a glitch, freeze like this can cost me thousands, so Firefox is now unreliable for trading, where Chrome works. If this will load for you, is what I use, and then klik on one of the stock symbols should take you to a chart. Thanks for an otherwise really great platform, hate Chrome . Seasons Best

Can a long standing issue — previously closed as "RESOLVED INCOMPLETE" — be recalled as a New Issue?

My Firefox for Android is not syncing. I click the sync button and nothing happens, it just says the last sync was 7 hours ago. Is this normal? If there are other related articles, I apologize

We just got a mew desktop and I want to sync by android phone Firefox to the desktop so I can retain my bookmarks, passwords, and tabs. I have synced between my phone and my old desktop with no problem. But now when I try to sync my phone to the desktop, all my sync options are greyed out and it won't let me select anything?

When filling out an online form I sometimes need to switch to another app to get info. E.g. to find my bank account number.

However when I return back to Firefox the form often clears it even disappears and Firefox takes me to back to the previous page meaning I have to start again.

This is annoying if I only need one piece of info as I can cut and paste it but if I need two it makes it impossible to complete the form

Is there a setting I need to change?

The long-press back button no longer summons the tab's history on my Android phone or my Galaxy tab. Mozilla appears to have disabled this feature quite recently. I'm referring to the small arrow in the lower right-hand corner that you hit quickly to go back once. It was quite useful to do a long press on the arrow and have the history of the tab pop up in a list. You could then pick any page on the list and go directly back, skipping over all the other pages.

Please reinstate this useful feature?

I have a small problem. When I click MENU and Bookmarks, I can't access my synced bookmarks from my PC computer. But when I edit one bookmark, I see all folders from my PC to put in. Normally I can't see all my folders with bookmarks from my PC.

There used to be a forward arrow option in the three button menu. Now there is not and I cannot find out where it is or how to navigate forward.

This seems like a bug because navigating forward is a core function of browsing. Anyone know where it went or how to fix this?

When accessing www.gsp.ro and scrolling up and down it feels very choppy like a frame rate drop down.

The issue doesn't seem to happen in another browser or accessing different websites with Mozilla.

Thank you jscher2000, you have the right solution. Now I have a different problem in this context. I use the Mozilla Firefox browser deleting all cookies after finishing the browser, and now I want to enter Startpage as an exception. Unfortunately, I cannot find this option. I am sure you can help me here too. Brigitte

Whenever I use "previous page" or back arrow to return to a Google search results web page it goes to the top of the page of search results instead of returning to where I left off.

For example, if I tap on the 57th link on a page of Google search results to check out the web page and then i tap the back arrow to return to the page of Google search results it should return to the 57th search result where I left off. In actuality it goes to the top of the search results page and I have to scroll down to the 57th search result to resume from where I left off.

When I tried to recreate this problem in the Opera browser for Android it always returned to where I left off.
