Hello,
I apologise if this information is already available somewhere, but I just couldn't find it.
I recently installed the DuckDuckGo app on Android 12 (Samsung One UI 4.1) which has a feature that blocks trackers from other apps.
While using Firefox it seems to have found and blocked a tracker simply called "Adjust" (this is where usually a brand name to whom the tracker belongs would be, e.g. google or amazon).
It asks for: Device model, OS compilation number, type of connection, screen pixel density, country, OS version, unique ID, app name, CPU name, cookies, device language, post code, device make/brand, app version, e-mail address, android advertisement ID.
I don't really know what to think about all this, but I wouldn't expect firefox to track me in any way, I've trusted mozilla so far, and am inclined to continue to do so, but I'm confused by this and don't know what to make of it.
The DuckDuckGo app doesn't really offer more information, and I might try asking them as well, idk.
Googling didn't really help me, so I'll be thankful for any answer.
