i'm using Firefox 9, it does not support multitasking? my phone XPERIA Neo, the firefox always restart when i run another application while the firefox is running..

Several suggestions found online (e.g., via Manage Applications-All-Browser, or Firefox Settings) haven't worked. Browser "Clear Defaults" is greyed out, presumably because there are no defaults set, and I haven't yet found how to set any. Firefox has no "Settings" button, and neither "Site Options" nor "Preferences" refers to making FF the default. Whenever I click on a Link, FF appears as an option, however, and it works fine.

When on a site I don't seem to be able to get the keyboard to come up. the usual way by tapping on the area you want to type in does not work. What am I doing wrong?

are therse due to a virus I might have? else this look very concerning & misleading ... why would they not use mozilla.org so we don't question it?

Acer Android tablet ... the videos in question play on the default browser that came with the tablet, but not in Firefox. The notice doesn't say what plugin. I have downloaded and installed Flash, but that didn't fix it.

I am trying to make an existing ASP.Net application compliant with Firefox for Android.

I am finding that keyboard entry on text fields is not working generally for webforms that are nested in a <frame> or <iframe>. They work ok when not in a frame.

The text field turns pale blue, and keyboard pops up, but typed characters do not appear in the field until you repaint the page, eg by clicking on another Firefox tab and back again. The blue remains on the field also, and focus won't be seen on any other field, even if you tap out of the field and the keyboard is closed, until you do the above repaint.

I've stripped down the resulting webpage and found the following:

• ) removal of "height" from the style attribute of a subsequent <td> table cell element sometimes fixes the problem.
• removal of an <iframe> element from later in the page has also fixed the problem.

Both of these are not consistent and have been found only to work in particular test cases.

Q) Has anyone else had this problem? Q) Do they know the exact cause and fix for this? Q) Is this an acknowledged issue by Firefox for Android? Q) If so, is there a fix around the corner?

NB -- dismantling the application to not use frames is not a practical option here.

I use firefox on my desktop and notebook so iwould like to use it on my new Acer A500 tablet. I would like to remove addons/widgets that I dont need such as Amazon and Twitter search addons. Can you tell me how to do this please?
