Dear Sir/Madam, I have Firefox as my main browser on my Samsung Galaxy S21 phone and recently it keeps crashing. Constantly I am using this medium to ascertain whether you are aware of this extremely annoying issue and if so how do you suggest that I should proceed in order to correct same. Example: Clicked on a link in a emai from THIS GROUP trying to answer this problem. The responses did not fit so I hit the back button and again got the Fastmail.has stopped working screen.

Has also happened when accessing a site directly through Firefox and the backing up

Firefox keeps crashing. It was doing it even when I first got my phone, just not as much. I use Firefox on my laptop and like to be able to connect them both and the privacy or I would have gone to something else on the phone. Samsung A71 5g. I don't use 5g even thoygh the phone is capable of it. I don't trust 5g. I know the phone is old enough it doesn't get updates anymore, but I don't like the newer phones (no sd card being one of them).

It is what it sounds like. Just merely switching to it crashes it. Previously I was struck on Private mode but after reinstalling, I'm now struck on normal mode. Don't know if it's a bug or whatever but it is what it is. It noticed this around a week ago but don't know it was there even before that. Last time I left it on Private and didn't switch but when I went to switch Last week, it crashed.

Firefox for android keeps crashing period open it up and in a few seconds it'll crash and it just keeps doing this period

Also comma when I sync it with my computer, it syncs everything but the bookmarks

Whenever I upload a file via my phone (Samsung Galaxy A55 5G), Firefox shows the upload prompt (selecting where the file is going to be) then crashes on its own.

I noticed this when I was using Canva, then tried a few more sites and the upload-crash problem persists all throughout.

Is there any way to troubleshoot this?

Firefox doesn't work on my pixel 7. Firefox should download updates automatically to fix this issue for secure websites. Also, you want us to go through all these steps to fix Firefox? It's not our problem. It's yours. I'm just going to have to delete Firefox. It doesn't work anymore and you don't want to fix it

Hello, Firefox keeps crashing numerous times everyday, I've just uninstalled it then reinstalled it and within minutes another notification it's crashed, works fine on my pc and been using it for years.

Recently, I've had an issue with your browser on my desktop. I use AOL for my homepage. When I open the browser, it takes a long time to load. When it finally does, sometimes the tab crashes immediately. If it doesn't, I try to open another tab and that will crash. I don't have the problem when I use Edge. Any suggestions? If I remove Firefox and reinstall it, will I get all my favorites back?.

Ever since I switched my search engine to duck duck go I've noticed that from time to time the firefox app deems to freeze up and either it continues or just crashes.

I keep getting crashes in Android tablet with the current version. Crash reports keep mentioning something to do with Java. This has been a consistent problem for the last few versions. What gives?????
