Hi. For the past few months I have been unable to play any samples from the Audible website in Firefox on my android phone. When I click the word "Sample" Audible opens up a new tab with their Web player and I always get an error message that is just a rectangular box with an exclamation mark inside a triangle on the left side of the box. (Screenshot attached.) There are no words inside the box and the only option is to close the tab. Since there is no actual message I'm not sure what the problem is.

Playing samples used to work fine when you could play them within their web page before Audible changed its system. I seem to be able to play samples on Audible's Web player in Chrome, but would prefer to keep Firefox as my default browser. I have tried deleting all history, cookies and cache; closing and reopening Firefox; turning phone off and starting again after an hour. I've also tried enabling autoplay, but that made no difference. I was thinking that the issue may be with my other settings within Firefox, but I can't tell. Any help you can provide would be great. I'm using a Huawei Nova Y70 and I cannot install Firefox, gives error with "CPU not supported".

Any workaround for it?

This is kind of an inverse support question. I have a Samsung Galaxy Tab A tablet running Android 8.1, no System software updates in years. All good until this past week. Suddenly most, but not all, of the apps are crashing. The first one I noticed NOT crashing was Firefox. Another is a ViHealth app which just released a major re-write a few weeks ago. Adobe Acrobat, Chrome, DuckDuckGo browser, "Google", Samsung Memo and Galaxy Store, and others all crash immediately upon opening. All but Memo have been updated in December '22 or January '23.

Why DOES Firefox work when these others don't? Do we know of changes to commonly used source-code libraries that are for Android 13, but not compatible with Android 8? Revisions to permission structures? Anything? Beuhler? Thanks! Puzzled in PA

I'm trying to login to my Firefox sync account, and when I login with email or qr code I get stuck with the screen saying warning. Soon after I left my phone to login and came back 15 minuets, and it continued "working".

Currently using Firefox Nightly version 111.0a1 for Android now when trying to open a link in another app it always shows a popup to confirm.

This was not present in previous releases and I don't know if there is a way to prevent this popup as it makes it uncomfortable. Is there an option I may be missing to disable this feature? If not, could an option like this be introduced?

The Bookmarks option cannot be found on the 3-points menu, con trary to the following help topic: https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/manage-bookmark-folders-firefox-android#w_create-a-new-bookmark-folder There are several options like the following three, but Bookmarks is not there: Select tabs, Share all tabs, Tabs settings, etc.

What is this issue, and how can I manage tabs folders, please? How can tabs folders be managed like making a new tabs folder or rename it?

Hi. The option to "sync and save your data" no longer appears in the main menu, nor under settings on my Firefox Android phone. What can I do to get back this option? Your support is greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance.

I'm constantly annoyed by the history tab on my phone. When I visit several Wikipedia pages one after the other for example, they're grouped together in a folder that's named after whatever first search query I made. I don't see any way to turn this off.

Additionally, I'd also like to be able to delete forwarding pages from my history from my phone. I do this on my PC which I have synced by entering "." into the history search bar and manually deleting them but otherwise I'm stuck using the search function on my phone even for pages I visited recently, which is often full of forwarding pages I haven't gotten around to deleting yet.
