How to install Fire Fox Browser on my Amazon Fire 10HD Tablet? I can not get Fire Fox from the Amazon tablet app store. Will it ever be possible to use a Mozilla Fire Fox browser on my Amazon Fire HD10 Tablet?

I couldnt see a way to download your browser for andriod with using googl. which sort of defeats the idea because I wanted to use firefx as an alternative and dont need a play account. is there a download link available? thanks.

I tried downloading the apk for firefox from https://www.mozilla.org/firefox/android/all/ but first I need to enter an email which I do not like having to do but ok I caved and did it.

The email I recieved from mozilla did not contain a link to the apk. only a link to https://app.adjust.com/2uo1qc?campaign=email&adgroup=mobiledownload&creative=fx-mobile-en which got blocked by my security/privacy measures.

Where can I get the apk from? preferably from f-droid. why is not firefox available on f-droid?

Downloaded Firefox update for Android phone and it closed all my tabs, going to history only shows tabs I have opened since I started trying to solve the problem. I have tried signing in and out, uninstalling and reinstalling the app, syncing to laptop and pulling up history there, no luck. I have tried restoring previous session but it does not give me the option. Please help me get my tabs back!

I just upgrade my old firefox to 68.12.0, and I notice a lot of traffic from my phone, and then I check my connection data, I saw 390MB of data just transfer after upgrade, I would like to know what kind of data did the browser uploaded.

I just updated to 109 and years of bookmark are gone. In previous versions there was an option to import bookmarks. 109 has nothing. Menu,bookmarks has one option:desktop bookmarks. In there are 3 options all of which give a message ,no bookmarks here, when tapped. 1. Have I missed something. 2. If not can I roll back the update, if so how? Thank you

I recently made the (apparently) foolish decision to allow Firefox to upgrade using the Play store App. This is on a Galaxy S8 running Android 9. Firefox 109.2.0 was installed and upon opening the App, all of my user data was gone. No tabs, bookmarks, saved passwords or other settings were available.

This is unacceptable. There appears to be no way to recover the lost information, but I am opening this case to determine if there is a recovery strategy. Of course, I don't really want to run version 109.2.0 and will revert back to something that works without losing data as soon as the missing data is recovered.

I'm not sure why the Firefox Devs seem to think that user data is a disposable and unimportant item, but I would encourage a full review of their processes to determine why they have failed so badly.

In the meantime, if anyone has a method that might be used to recover the old profile data, that would be very helpful.

Some notes: 1) No, I don't use Sync (or whatever they are calling it today) because it is a security risk in my view to have any third party including Mozilla know my bookmarks. 2) about:profiles does not work. 3) I'm not sure what version was installed earlier, but AdBlock Plus was working fine, so it may have been a year or more since my last update.

We cannot get a google account because our landline neither sends nor receives text messages. We are in process of setting up and testing a cell phone, and would like to load Firefox for Android as the browser. We cannot download from google play because google demands to send a text-message "verification" code. We note, thankfully, that Mozilla does not (stupidly) do likewise to set up a Firefox account.
