Tab transfer.

How do i transfer my tabs, tab history, settings from my old phone to my new phone? The help article wasn't clear on the difference between sending and receiving.

Hello,

I created an account in Firefox with my old e-mail; nyayesh_abdollahi@fripost.org.

However, I have since deleted that e-mail and also forgotten the login password for that Firefox-account; therefore, I can't login to it albeit it exists.

I'm not sure how this works but I do believe the best way to resolve the matter is through the deletion of the aforementioned account.
