Need help please to fix this problem: Firefox does not open QR codes on my iPhone. On my phone, the toggle for Scan QR codes is turned on. I open the camera on my phone, point it to a QR code on my laptop screen, Firefox on my phone opens in a new screen -- but nothing happens. What is missing? Thanks for helping me.

My laptop, desktop, iphone and ipad are not synchronizing. I cannot find the history from one of those devices on the others. I had set up my home page so that I'd have my history showing up there, but it stopped working. when I ask the desktop browser to send a tab to other devices, nothing happens. This has been going on for weeks. I have tried many things to fix it, but everything seems set to how it is supposed to be. Please help.

After a recent apple update,the app Password was created on my phone. It does not appear to be syncing with Firefox password in this Password app. It appears the Password app has replace Keyword in my apple settings which was working and synced with my Firefox. Any suggestions?

I am using Firefox on both my Windows PC and my iPhone. Although I am signed into the same Firefox Account on both devices, my "Synced Tabs" section on my iPhone remains empty. I have checked my account settings, and "Tabs" and "History" are both checked for syncing on both devices. I have already tried logging out and logging back in, but the data is still not appearing.

Hi there My iPhone has over 50 bookmarks and passwords saved on Firefox. I used the iPad to log on Firefox and started sync between the two devices. After 3 mins, the password page of the two devices showed “No passwords found”!

Would you please advise how I could retrieve my passwords ? Thank you so much

I tried send link to device to device for the first time today from my Firefox for desktop to my iPad. Both devices are synced to the same Firefox account and currently signed in. I get a "Sent" pop-up notification after I do the Send on the desktop web browser, but there is no notification of any kind on the iPad.

My searches for this on the web, and on this site, show me only the 'how to send' steps, and I see nothing that is 'where to look for received links'. What should I expect to see on the iOS device when I do this send?

Hi! I try to synchronize my mobil iphone 14 and mac airbook wit firefox. I tried new installation firefox, restart iphone, scanning code or choose option e-mail- i always ends on white, empty screen. If i go back than i get the info - could be that there is no internet. I tried wlan and whitout wlan. What else can i do to synchronize?

I have relied on Lo Wise for years have all of my passwords scored on it however, as of late my account says there is no passwords for my account even though everything is synced from computer and phone and Firefox and is up-to-date please help

I bought a second MacBook. I am clearly logged in to Firefox on both laptops and my iPhone. I can share tabs between all three. I can access history between all three. However, Bookmarks on MacBook #2 are not updating with what I add to MB #1 or my phone. MacBook #2 is my business laptop, and the more important of the two. When I first got it, Bookmarks synced, but somehow stopped.

AND! Mozilla's instructions to pair/sync are inaccurate. There is no "Sync and save data" to tap on in iOS, and no matter where I look in iOS Firefox Settings, I see no way to scan the QR code. None of the Help pages I've seen have different or better info.

It seems I have been logged out of Sync just now with no reason and I have already tried to log in using email just about 5 or 6 times, but always as I enter code from email I end up with the message on screenshot («Something get wrong...»). I was able to successfully log in through web portal but this does not help as I need to look up my Synchronized tabs. I am currently out of home — that's why I can't use QR code...

How to fix this issue?

I am ready to experience several inconveniences due to relatively small user base and undefinancing of development, but gosh, this is really too much.
