Hello Mozilla Support Team, I am writing because my primary email address associated with my Mozilla/Firefox account has been compromised and I no longer have any access to it. Unfortunately, this prevents me from performing basic account management tasks. Specifically: • I would like to add and verify a new email address (*censored@outlook.com) as a secondary email so I can later promote it to primary. • However, when trying to add any secondary email, Mozilla sends a verification code/link to the current primary email address — which I cannot receive anymore. • As a result, I am completely locked out of updating or securing my account, even though I can still log in with my password (and possibly 2FA if set up). My new desired primary email is: *censored@outlook.com I have read the official documentation (e.g., https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/change-primary-email-address-firefox-accounts and https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/ive-lost-my-firefox-sync-account-information), which states that changing the primary email without prior secondary email setup is not possible for security reasons when the old primary is inaccessible. Questions: 1. Is there any exception, manual verification process, or alternative recovery method available in cases of compromised/lost primary email access? (For example, through identity verification, account recovery key if I have one, or support-assisted change?) 2. If no recovery is possible, can you please confirm that creating a brand-new Mozilla account with *censored@outlook.com is the only remaining option, and advise on how to best migrate my synced data (bookmarks, passwords, history, etc.) if still accessible on my devices? I understand the security implications and that Mozilla prioritizes protection against unauthorized changes — I just want to regain full control and secure my data properly. When browsing using Firefox on a iPhone 17 I sometime do and sometimes do not get a back arrow to return to the page I started from. How can I return to the previous page without having to go to the tabs and re-selecting the web site I started from?

iPad iOS 26 Firefox Focus (FFF) and Magic Keyboard (MK) — Cannot use search field after upgrading to iOS 26 — need to disconnect iPad from MK, then use on-screen keyboard, then reconnect MK and then can type with MK — that is more likely an iOS 26 bug, but it is effecting both FFF and regular iPad Firefox.

It’s not every link… sometimes it feels like it just turns on suddenly which will get me by surprise because it’ll open past the tab i have open so you cant see it. Until i go up to my tabs and scroll over. The number of tabs i have open just says infinity. I am using iOS ipad version. i just looked in setting and couldn’t find anything that was open a new tab every link. I know this must be some setting somewhere but when you have over 600 tabs open and I attempt to close some of them its driving me insane…

Hi! I try to synchronize my mobil iphone 14 and mac airbook wit firefox. I tried new installation firefox, restart iphone, scanning code or choose option e-mail- i always ends on white, empty screen. If i go back than i get the info - could be that there is no internet. I tried wlan and whitout wlan. What else can i do to synchronize?

I am having an every day problem Google getting into my iPhone and causing me problems.

I have had to go to Apple store and reset my iPhone. Nothing has changed I am still having too issues.

After the most recent Firefox update for iOS, none of my shortcuts work. They’re all still there - or it looks like they are - but whenever I tap on one of them, I return to the page I was just on - no loading, no changes, no nothing. I am still on iOS 18.6.2, but this wasn’t an issue before the Firefox update.

I really want to replace Google search engine with Firefox. I already have the Firefox app installed but i have a Google search engine. I don’t want Google anymore. How do I replace it? Can you please explain any advice to me like I’m 5, as I have a mild cognitive impairment and am not very tech savvy.
