In trying to install Firefox on IOS, the authentication codes don't work; the downloaded codes don't work; scanning the QR code doesn't work (on both iphone and ipad). I cannot log onto Firefox on either device. And of course I ultimately get locked out.

Recently, I’ve started getting a message when I attempt to use Autofill for site passwords that tells me I “must have a device passcode enabled.” The problem is I DO have a device passcode enabled. I tried changing it, but that had no effect. What is causing this behavior and how can I make it stop?
