The instructions are wrong and convoluted. How can I scan a QR code if it is on the iOS device???????? Mozilla just doesn't know how to get around the iOS limitations.

I will no longer use firefox on my iPAD if I can't sync my bookmarks from my Android/Windows bookmarks.

How can I get the download for version 78 for Firefox? My Mac is on 10.11.6 and my Firefox won’t open bc the newer version isn’t supported. I need the old version and can’t seem to find a way to download it. Please help!

I have quite a lot of passwords stored in my iPhone. I would like to sync (or, if not possible, export) these passwords to my Firefox browser on the same iPhone.

I can’t find the Auto-fill settings in FF on iOS. I found instructions here for where they should be and they are not there. Was this feature taken away recently. It’s VERY tedious not having this feature. Am I doing something wrong?

Hello: I’m running iOS 17.3.1 on iPhone. The problem I’m experiencing: I used to see the Recommended by Pocket articles on my iOS Firefox homepage, but they stopped appearing a few weeks ago. I’ve searched for a resolution, but all I can find are the steps for customizing/personalizing my HomePage: the problem is that although I’m signed into my Firefox/Mozilla account and have chosen Firefox as my Homepage for New Tabs, and I’ve signed out, restarted the app and changed my Firefox settings several times, the option: ‘Recommended by Pocket’ ( along with the actual articles appearing on the homepage) doesn’t even appear anymore: I’m at a loss as to locating that option, as well as, again, seeing the Recommended Articles as they appeared previously. DuckDuckGo is default browser on iOS ad iMac. I want to block any and all Amazon.com results from my searches. How do I do that? If an overall block is not possible, how to I customize a search or the results list to filter out Amazon.com?

I’m having problems with my iPhone 7plus sign in.

I’m unable to gain access to the Apple store to download the Firefox app.

i have searched for hours on how to share a webpage (in firefox broswer) i am viewing on my iphone 15 to my macbook firefox browser when it is open.

None of the online instructions work. None. Why must it be impossible or so inhumanly difficult to simply disable the annoying and privacy-violating “Firefox suggestions” in the Firefox address bar on the iOS? When will you finally realize and accept that people should be able to use Firefox in social situations without having everyone around see one’s search history? Is this really difficult to understand? It seems that the knuckleheads at Mozilla product development lack even the most basic understanding of the concept of privacy. And yet Mozilla advertises its product with empty promises of privacy.

Hello, for weeks now, upon doing Google searches using Firefox for iOS, I have been prompted to log in to my Google account, even though I was already logged in before and did not log out. It's not just to the extent that every time I start a new browser session and do a search, I have to log in -- I just navigate away from the app to another one and return, and I'm prompted to log in again even though I didn't quit the browser.

I've already searched for solutions to this problem and found the suggestions to clear browser cache, which I did, and to make sure cookies are enabled ... which I can't seem to do because I cannot find any such setting in the Firefox app settings itself, or in my phone's system settings under "Firefox".

I also realize this might be an issue with Google or my phone itself.

I'm using an iPhone 11 running iOS 17.2.1 and my Firefox app is up to date.

Any help would be appreciated, thanks

Recently, when I type in the URL bar, there is only 1 suggestion from my bookmarks. Before, there were several bookmarks that show.

I want the previous behavior back so that I only need to type a few characters and then choose one of the suggested bookmarks in the list of results. Now, I need to keep typing a lot more characters/words before the 1 bookmark I want shows up. Sometimes I can’t recall enough of the full URL so the bookmark I want never shows up.

This is a big downgrade in the user experience. Is there a setting to go back to the previous behavior?
