All of a sudden my Firefox app is crashing. It will show the home screen fine but other than that, it crashes. It worked only an hour ago! I even deleted it and then redownloaded it via the App Store. It still crashes!

How can this be fixed? Or must I leave Firefox for good?

Hi @all, Such quite a while, Firefox almost constantly crashing when closing a or better the last open tab. Tried a support hint and deleted cache and everything and after that it worked for a few days and then it coming up again. When it happens, and I restart FF and try a logged in page directly, I.e. Facebook, FF doesn’t recognize my signin. Closing the tab, waiting a moment, restart the page again and everything is fine. Really don’t know when this behavior begun, but it is really annoying. I face this problem on 2 different iPad Pro. The newer one from last year with an M2 processor and an older one with an Axx don’t know which one exactly. What’s the matter with that? Youtube won't work anymore. I've been watching youtube for years and now on Firefox and now it won't work anymore. For months now it keeps saying "Gah. Your tab just crashed". I've tried many things to fix but nothing works. Really annoying. Is it time for me to stop using firefox?

I keep getting the attached message when I sign into my bank. This just started yesterday (9/4/24), but when I sign in with another browser I don't have a problem?

I use Firefox on my Mac and windows. Recently downloaded Firefox for the first time on ipad. Worked well for the sites that I opened for 15 minutes. Opened at max 4 tabs. Then I was crossing out the opened tabs, it crashed when the last open tab was closed. Tried again, and same thing. Since this is my behavior for every session, this could not continue, and I had to uninstall it from the iPad.
