Hello, I want to make sure I do not have any paying services active earlier this year i had issues with data breach I did cancel some services but, i did not realize some came all from Mozilla like Firefox relay,mozilla vpn, mozilla monitor etc. I also seem to have created at some point two accounts one using my gmail and one using my hotmail since both emails had the data breach issues. Please contact me to confirm cancellation of any active memberships ( i do not want them any longer) using [edited] @gmail.com , [edited] @gmail.com Please delete all data of my accounts or any other information you obtained during services given. you can reach me also at [edited phone# from public community support forum]. I recently updated to Firefox 131.0.3, having signed out of my Firefox/Mozilla account. Now I am trying to sign back in. After a seemingly successful sign-in (with email and pw, followed by "authorization code"), I'm taken to my account page. Scrolling down to Connected Services, I can see a recognizable account name (my Windows 11 user name and the name I've assigned to my computer). But looking up at the account button at the top right of Firefox, I see a small yellow triangle. Clicking on the button, I'm told "Account disconnected." (Remember, I'm currently looking at my account page, which says I'm connected.)

So I try to log in again. I give email address and password, and authorization code, and I'm in again. Now I see an addtional account connected, "Firefox 131, Windows 10" (remember, I'm using Windows 11).

So looking up again to the upper right at the account button, I see the yellow triangle, and clicking tells me once more that I'm disconnected, even though I have my account page open in front of me.

All of this, of course, prevents me from having access to the sync function. I've been through this circle several times with the same strange results.

Anyone have any idea what' going on.

Every time I wake my computer up or start it, I get the attached error about a profile not being compatible. I did switch to the ESR release channel a while back, but I deleted the old profiles; the folder is gone and the profile manager shows only the ESR profile. I have also tried to prevent firefox from starting on startup, but it keeps happening. Does anyone know how to prevent this error from happening, or have any ideas of how to investigate what's going on further?

I keep getting messages from Firefox to confirm account with the code. Looks like somebody keeps trying create an account with my e-mail address. I never hit confirm and I just delete the message. I keep changing my password.

I have an account recovery key [removed the recovery key] But there is nowhere to enter this to recover my account. Why?

Earlier I logged in to Firefox to pose a question. Checking email, I had a notice from Mozilla that my account was used to sign in: Firefox on Windows 10 / United States (estimated) / Thursday, Oct 23, 2025.

Does Firefox think I'm using Win 10??? I checked my computer and it verifies that I am running Win 11 with all updates.

Call me confused. Or is this a non-issue? I ask because I'm trying to get into a member website and after I login, it takes me to a page that is for new signers ... not an existing member. Has happened several times.

Hello, Having followed the advice as under: If you've previously made use of Firefox Sync, please make sure you're signed into your Mozilla account and have enabled Bookmarks within your Sync settings, because Firefox will automatically download any available data from our sync servers as long as you are logged into the account you used to sync.

Additionally, please consider that if your bookmarks are still available in the local storage of another device, signing into Sync on these devices will let you upload this account data and make your data accessible on any other devices you enable Sync on.

Andd checking the the Bookmarks tick-box was checked [as was last attempt] I tried to sign in to open the required page, but got 2 x 'error' windows, as attached, one for enail address [been using this for 2 yaers] and the other for password [how did I get this page up with the wrong password??]

I'm obviously a very dim Brit . . . . . please would you advise me as clearly as possible about whatv the heck is going wrong, thanx Kr CB

I want to change the email associated with my account. However I can't add a secondary email and then make it the primary, as is suggested in all search results, because the primary email has been defunct for years. (I have had no reason to enter the account since that time.) Therefore I cannot receive the code to allow me to add the email. How can I proceed? Thanks in advance. PS, please respond to my current email, which is [edited from public] @gmail.com; as the notification that there has been a response will go to the prior(defunct) email too! Thanks.

I keep getting pop ups from you, 3 at a time, over and over and over, for about 2 weeks, every day, all day....displaying various warnings about viruses and critical errors and compromised system, etc. and to click to fix. I have scanned daily for a week now for any kind of issue with my computer and the scans come back clean, my security updates are current...please tell me what is going on and how to stop this.

I JUST signed into my Mozilla account to send this message and noticed another email in the sign-in box and the option to "sign in with another account" showed. I have attached a photo of this email along with photos of some of the pop ups. Has my account been hacked? What's going on?!!!

Please STOP my monthly donation to Mozilla . It's a small amount but you have been withdrawing the amount for over a year. I want to close the account you are withdrawing from and I can't until you stop withdrawing the money monthly. You have a withdraw scheduled for the month of September, 1st 25.
