В очередной раз пропали все мои вкладки! По непонятной причине, после очередного запуска браузера, все вкладки (около 50) не открылись - только 1 последняя! У меня в данном аккаунте был профиль КАТОК, он пропал и я не могу восстановить его и вкладки в нем. Если Вы мне не поможете я навсегда перестану пользоваться Вашим браузером, т.к. слишком часто пропадают все данные!

I have been using Google Chrome for years having set it up to open the same 8 Tabs and several bookmarks. What I liked about it was that no matter what PC I went to once I logged into Chrome I was given the same confiuration across several PCs including Linux which I am gradually moving to. However to date I just cannot get my other PC's whether Linux or Windows to do the same. What I want to know is that can I open Firefox on any other PC, login and and get the same configurantion automatically? .

Hello I got a pop up or it was new tab informing about new firefox functions. It was about profile creation and management. Now i have two profiles and cant switch back to my old one. I cant seem to be able to delete new profile to return to my old one.

The website I log in for internet banking (https://www.sparkasse-rhein-maas.de/de/home.html) is shown as written in brackets when opened in Edge, but as www.sparkasse-rhein-maas.de/de/home.html when I open it in firefor. And Firefox tells me it's not safe when I want to log in. BUT - as I've only just discovered when I copied and pasted it in here - when copied it shows as https://www.sparkasse-rhein-maas.de/de/home.html, so safe after all? How can that be? I hope there's a good explanation.

Hallo, zum wiederholten Male hat sich meine Firefox Startseite verändert und meine angelegten Tabs in der Linken Spalte sind verschwunden. Ich habe die Tabs sorgfältig angelegt und wenn Sie mir diese Einstellungen nicht wieder anlegen können, dass wechsle ich meinen Browser, weil das sehr nervig ist und unangenehm! I am referencing Step 4 for Debian Trixie and Newer.

I got over/thru those issues and when I ran apt update I found that the package was looking for Firefox was looking in a different place than where the previous steps place stuff. I am just comping back to Unix/Sun OS/Linux and 30 years working with a different OS. I hope this document will be updated after someone actually takes the steps. I will continue learning.

According to the help pages, I should see Firefox Updates in the General section of the Settings tab. I found this out because Firefox is not being covered by my (independent) tracker protection programme. The fix, according to the independent tracker, involves accessing the 'Firefox Updates'

I LOVE y'alls new splitscreen feature, BUT I also noticed ya'll put the X on the tabs so that at any time even if unselected, you can close it; Is there any way to make that x appear only when selected because the main reason I used firefox in the past was because middle click was it's own dedicated way to close tabs making selected tabs literally careless and SIGNIFIGANTLY time efficient, but now that that x is on the tab at all times, it gets in the way and IT'S MAKING ME CLOSE ALL MY SPLIT TABS. Please, as a loyal firefox user, with either tell me how to remove the x's or please make it an official option to have them off. Thank you for your time.

Hi, I have firefox on my desktop, and I want to watch the "10 App" - which is an Australian broadcasting tv channel - but it keep saying " an ad blocker is stopping the app from working" I also tried their website, and the same thing happens. I tried to check the extensions there is no ad blocker ! can you please advise me how to add permission to this particular app/website. ? and where do I find this adblocker ? thanks.

As an older person, having to learn and relearn and constantly relearn how my browser functions is becoming more and more aggravating frustrating and put off ish.

Back in the day, these things didnt change automatically, another version was released instead for download with build notes.

It is starting to feel like having a computer and using it is becoming a troll. Im being serious.

One day the tabs are smaller on the left side, the next week the tabs are somehow grouping together and even though I didnt ask for it to happen, nor did I make it happen, its happening!. Now I have a mute button on the tab, even though my computer already 9 different mute buttons.

One day I had my grand daughter over and it took me 45 minutes to realize why there was no audio on netflix for her to watch. These constant feature changes are being a major part of my and everybodys lives. We are all becoming more impatient with these things.

The majority of new features seem to be unused, from my perspective, by the majority of comments I read on here, facebook, x, etc, they are just simply jammed down our collective throats seemingly at the whims of a designer thinking to themselves "I'm going to move this button over here!" This stuff is not making our worlds better. This stuff is not making our lives easier. This stuff is not making our lives simpler.

The effect is the exact opposite. I read a story last month about an autistic teenager that had a cell phone, because everyone else has a cell phone. When they couldn't get their phone to do whatever it was they wanted it do, they threw it in frustration. Turns out they broke a window at school that cost $5000 by throwing the phone. i don't know what app this person was using or attempted to use, and what caused the frustration, but I sure feel that pain sometimes. The parent posted that because the school sent them a bill for the window replacement.

Let me repeat that: The parent received a $5000 invoice for a window their child broke at school, because they were frustrated with phone.

Is there a way to limit the feature changes or stop them while maintaining security updates?

I literally find myself using the internet less and less, and I feel like this has a lot to do with it. As your product becomes more and frustrating to use, I am using it less and less. And I know thats not what anyone wants.

Why can't we have the best of both worlds??

How do I get rid of new, but stupid vertical sidebar? I do NOT NEED OR WANT even MORE junk taking up the screen space. Is Mozilla part of Microsoft now? How do I get rid of that junk?
