suddenly today the mic has stopped working in Chat GPT. I have changed nothing... checked all settings, everything is ok... why does it suddenly say "Enable Mic Access to Dictate"?

You did an update to Firefox about two weeks ago & now I can't login. Had to call EDD yesterday & today to talk to an IT specialist. She told me that Mozilla never contacted California EDD & for the last two weeks people, myself included haven't been able to login. She told me to use Chrome or Microsoft Edge, both of which I absolutely HATE to use. Well guess what I was able to login using Microsoft Edge.

Here's the steps Login They send you a 6 digit text code. You enter the code Then you get a pop up message that something went wrong & call the 833 - 876 - 9333 for the IT dept. Which only takes about 20+ trys to get someone.

PLEASE CORRECT THIS SITUATION!!!!

Hi, I’ve noticed that Firefox often uses a lot of memory when I have multiple tabs open, even more than Chrome or Edge on the same number of tabs. Sometimes it slows down my system or makes switching between tabs laggy.

Is this normal behavior, or is there a way to reduce Firefox’s RAM usage without losing performance? Are there specific settings, add-ons, or troubleshooting steps I should try?

I've tried to install the language pack for english to have swedish and english spelling checked on my computer. I've added it like the discription mentions but it doesn't show as an option when I try to change it.

we use fire fox for all our bookmarks. We are unable to login to our bank of America account, it shows our ID but it will not allow us to enter any password.

Im using Windows 10 Pro 64 bit on a Asus laptop with 32GB RAM in it and a i9-9980HK @ 2.40GHz. It has a GeForce RTX 2060 graphics card in it with 6GB memory. I use it for work and need to have multiple tabs open at a time as a result. I always have at least 4 tabs and can sometimes get up to around 10. I also have Zoom running as well.

I keep seeing a ton of Firefox processes open when I look at Task Manager. Attached is a screenshot I just took with 7 tabs open. It shows 34 processes in the first clump with more open outside of that one.

I unchecked Use recommended performance settings and checked Use hardware acceleration when available but all that did is lower the amount of RAM being used by 100MB. I have 2 extensions enabled in Firefox, AdBlocker for YouTube and AdBlocker Ultimate. They have never been a problem before. This lag and massive overusage of RAM has only started in the last couple of weeks.

Anyone know why this is happening or how to reduce how much RAM Firefox is using? I like this browser and would have to have to switch to another one. Thanks in advance.

I have been using Dashlane Password for a long time. For several weeks it hasn't worked. The program used to ask for my address and master password, but it no longer does. Now it asks for a code number of 6ix digits instead, stating that the number has been sent to my address. However, I never receive the number. My address has never changed and is the first thing it asks for. Then, no code arrives.I have sent many requests, including specifics about the change and lack of access, but have not gotten a reply to any. I think Dashlane died and customer support also did. My 147 passwords, financial information, personal address and SSN are all still there at Dead Dashlane. If they won't answer Mozzilla either at least I tried.

I have been using ChatGPT for a few months with no problems on Firefox but today I am not able to enter any text in the text field where you communicate with Chat. However, I can turn on the microphone and then after speaking a command I can hit enter and it works. I can also switch to Chrome and it all works fine. I tried clearing my data and cash, rebooting computer but still isn't working. what's going on?

bold text When I use Google to search I always use the microphone instead of the keyboard. When I am using Firefox to search there is NO microphone.. I have to use my keyboard. Is there somewhere in settings where I can add this function to search?

I have accounts that will not work because they cannot access my location, My computer says all access is allowed, so is there something in Firefox that blocks my location?

Firefox is preventing me from going to certain websites because it is telling me I am using adblocker but I have none installed.. I am trying to play around with the settings but I still can't do it. Is there an inbuilt adblocker? I need help please...

I don't come from an IT/Tech background so this has become a hassle for me. I have a "Old Firefox Data" file on the my desktop and that seems to have sub-folders with my bookmarks, sessions, logins, etc. How do I retrieve those to the new Firefox browser.

WHERE to key security code? What Page? Heading? NOTHING on any of those pages indicate "Key security code HERE." I GVE up! I have been round & round & canNOT get a response from the email that SHOULD give this information.

When I try to load "Comments" I get this message:

Failed loading comments! Please try again...

Trying again doesn't help.

This is a fairly recent problem
