Hi, In the last hour FF has stopped working completely. I made the mistake of using Ccleaner, which is probably the problem, I haven't had issues cleaning before, though I usually check the registry before deleting and don't recall seeing any entry for Mozilla (I may be wrong, though).

Firefox was working fine a couple of hours ago, but now it won't open at all, except in admin mode and then it won't open any links or tabs, not even settings. I've uninstalled FF, deleted the folder in the Programs folder, and reinstalled it from scratch, but there is no change (the one difference is that it wouldn't open in Admin after before I reinstalled it). Waterfox doesn't open either, but Thunderbird seems to work with no problems.

My laptop operating system Linux ubuntu crashed. I had to reboot using new linux OS Linux Mint. Laptop now working but have lost all my search. I sometimes use DuckDuck to serach. Help in recovering my bookmarks.

How do I prevent MSN from opening Firefox? I am not interested in just blocking the site or a page, I want to block Microsoft from opening software that doesn't even belong to them.

I have downloaded additional dictionaries to spell check when I'm writing in other languages on the firefox browser, yet I am unable to switch to those dictionaries. I've tried multiple. I have cleared caches. I have restarted. I have installed and uninstalled. I have the latest version.

They simply do not work. I work in multiple languages and would love to continue to use Firefox has my default browser.

I seem to have found a fake Firefox phishing website. The content of the website is in Chinese and it is included in Google search.

The fake websites are cn-firefox.com and www.firefsioix.com, I hope the community members can confirm the website information.

An errant setting on my backup program wrecked havoc on my FF profile. I have a backup from two weeks ago which I can go back to, but I'm trying to figure out how to get my browsing history from the past two weeks over to the restored profile.

Some options I thought about: and for clarity, the newer but bad profile is still loadable, I've mainly lost all my extension settings and stored data

• Is there any tool that would sync the entries from the newer/bad profile to the older/good profile?
• If I restore the older/good profile, would FF Sync just add back in the newer entries -- which presumably it has saved in it's system over the past two weeks?
• I believe the places.sqlite" file from the newer/bad profile is still intact. Should I just copy that to the older/bad profile?

Hi, I've seen others ask this same question in archived posts with no proper answer.

How do I select all tabs to be imported from a synced machine? I have the list on my sidebar, I can import or close one tab at a time, but there is no menu available to select them all (there are many). Right-clicking on the device name etc. does nothing.

Over the last few weeks, it feels like this browser is doing updates almost every day on my pc and laptop. After done updating i lose all my cookies, logging me out of all my accounts, dark modes and settings. This is my final attempt before swapping browsers.

I have Firefox on Windows desktop and on my android phone. I have logged into both. When I click on "tabs from other devices" I only see tabs from another PC I use.

I tried logging out of Firefox Android and using the desktop browser's "connect another device" link to log back into it, but it still doesn't appear as a device. What am I missing?

EDIT: Ok now Android tabs are showing up, but not all of them. Seems to cut off after about 40. Anyway to get Firefox Desktop to show all Android tabs?
