Mozilla has asked me to 'approve a sign-on'. They've sent me an Authorisation Code but I don't know how to approve the sign-on. What do I need to do, please.

I want to be receiving notification like when I reset my password I don't receive the code of resetting a password you know okay a lot like signing in receiving a notification

WHERE to key security code? What Page? Heading? NOTHING on any of those pages indicate "Key security code HERE." I GVE up! I have been round & round & canNOT get a response from the email that SHOULD give this information.

I am having trouble signing into my account ******@gmail.com. I no longer have an authenticator app account and I used all of my backup codes. I do have a recovery key though. I hope this helps in recovering access to my account.

I'm having an issue in accessing a website & haven't before. There are 2 e-mail addresses associated w/my account since signing up for Mozilla. Just yesterday it changed after a download & now I'm getting 2-factor set up when accessing one website. Please advise if you have any ideas.

I'm keep receiving mails to verify my account, when I open the link, it redirects me to my Mozilla account but everything seems to be in order and y don't want my account to be deleted. How am I supposed yo verify it? I have Two-step authentication, the Account recovery key, a Secondary email and I even singed in several devices.

For a while already (week or 2) i'm trying to activate 2FA on my account, but i always get the following error

"There was a problem enabling two-step authentication. Check that your device's clock is set to update automatically and start over."

I tried it on multiple laptops (all macbooks) with and without VPN and on an iPhone, but the error is the same everywhere.

The error shows in the final steps, after i downloaded and entered a security code. It brings me back to the account page with the error

Hi I have my recovery key under the email and wish to reactivate the account. I can’t receive the two factor authentication email to be able to get to the place where I input the key. Thank.

Hi, I am failing to access two of my yahoo mail accounts.

I am using Fire fox as my browser and Yahoo as my home page.

I have one other yahoo account which doesn't use two step signing in (where they send a code to my Android phone). This I can access.

I see there are a lot of people on the Internet suffering the same thing. What is the answer; if there is any.

I have tried most of the suggestions. I can't email them (can't find their address) or phone them (number don't work).

There are premium numbers. Is this the way it is going? If it is; if I can get my emails back, I think I will leave them.

No point emailing me. I can't get in.

Please Help; help; help, Ahhhhhh!

The best would be to recover additional backup codes but the address [ https://g.co/2sv doesn't do the job.

My name is Ayah, and I’m having trouble accessing my Roblox account. After I accidentally clicked on a suspicious link, I was logged out and now I’m being asked for a two-factor authentication (2FA) code that I don’t recognize or have access to.

I believe my account may have been compromised, and I no longer have control over the 2FA settings. This account is very important to me, and I would really appreciate your help in recovering it as soon as possible.

Could you please help me disable the unauthorized 2FA or restore my account?

Hi Helpful People. I scanned the QR code to continue the two part authentication of my account. When I opened it all I received was an inappropriate ad. When I tried again I went to someone trying to scam me about security. I am using this forum to tell someone this happened. Thank you.
