For some reason it made a new account with my original and all data, history, and passwords are gone. And there important information is some data on that really need from my other or older account that I need. And I don’t know what kind of issue this is or how to fix. Is there a way I can fix this or is it too late?

Ive tried everything under the Sun to try to get rid of that Annoying ( Sign in with Google) out of my computer but nothing works ?? Is there a solution ?? I cannot open most of my Sites with it there !! Anyone Please HELP !!

Hi, I switched to a new phone recently, and wasn't able to outright sync all of my open tabs from the old device. It was, however letting me access them from the tab menu on my new device, so it wasn't a big deal.

Now I can't see the other phone in the tab menu, just the sync from my PC. I don't have the old phone anymore, because it was a trade in for my current device.

Is there any way to get my old tabs back? The sync must have timed out, because there was no activity for a period of time. I have Firefox synced on all of my devices.

Even I created my profile, which one you can check from which year has been created, even after I synchronised all my bookmars, passwords etc etc, still no data is restored. I formated my laptop last week and thought that this time, with syncronising I will save a lot of time buut veery dissapointed again. STILL I am not having back my 100+ login details saved on Firefox. Also tabs. Now, on my browser promts taht my account is all syncronised but still blanco browser, with not a single saved data!

I will appreciate your help to get back my data, as soon as possible.

Since Mozilla no longer supports Lockwise, I am trying to sync my iPhone to my laptop to get all my passwords. INstructions tell me "Sync Firefox on your phone or tablet 1. Open Firefox on your mobile device. 2. Go to the menu ( on iOS or on Android) and tap Sync and save data 3. Tap Ready to Scan and hold your phone over this code" First of all, this choice does not exist in the iPhone Firefox menu. If I go into "Settings" and press "Sync now" none of my passwords show up within Firefox. Please help. Thank you.

I have noticed in the help section that all sync data is removed if password is reset. I have just lost all my passwords, bookmarks, settings, everything, because I had to format my computer and didn't memorize my firefox password.

Is there any chance at all to have my data restored regardless? I understand I am at fault, but this outreach is my last hope, I guess.

I'm attempting to set up Firefox in a newly installed OS and have logged into my Sync account. Many aspects seem to be loaded in, but the status via the Settings is stuck at "Syncing..." despite waiting several hours. Quitting Firefox results in a crash window popping up.

There are no files in the weave/logs directory. The weave/failed directory has multiple json files; most almost completely empty. addons.json has an ID, but that's pretty much it.

Deleting the .mozilla directory and starting over yielded no change in behavior.

Historically, I remember when you open the `sync` sidebar and right click on the tab grouping (i.e. Firefox on iPad), it opened a context menu where you had the option to `open all synced tabs`. This seems to be missing from the latest version of Firefox (138), but wanted to check in to see if I'm missing something or if I should downgrade my version of Firefox to get that functionality again.

My computer died today due to water damage, which means I can't turn it back on again. I got a new computer, I've looked all over the Firefox support websites, and can't find a solution as to how to get all of my Firefox data onto this new computer. My workplace bans Firefox. It is not possible to install it in any way on any computer. I still use Firefox on all of my personal devices, and heavily utilize the Firefox Sync to keep my Bookmarks in sync across devices. I need to be able to access my Firefox Bookmarks somehow from my work computer, so I can at least retrieve recently bookmarked items.
