How can mouse hover be disabled? On some websites (e.g. gva.be) when you hover (unintentionally) over some link, then this link is opened as if you had clicked on it. How… (funda kabanzi)

How can this be disabled? I searched in about:config for mouse hover but I couldn't find anything relevant. Or do I need an extension to disable this behaviour?
