I get the server not found error on almost anything.

Hmm. We’re having trouble finding that site. We can’t connect to the server at [literally almost any site] If you entered the right address, you can:

   Try again later
   Check your network connection
   Check that Firefox has permission to access the web (you might be connected but behind a firewall)

The site usually loads after I wait like 2-3 mins before reloading the site, or I force reload it around 7 times, but I cannot find a way to make the issue go away. I have refreshed Firefox, I have uninstalled and reinstalled it fresh, I have opened Firefox in Troubleshooting mode and the issue persists. I am at the end of my wits. Someone please give me something else to try.

Google says they have a Cherokee/English Mozilla Firefox Translator add-on. I grew up on the Cherokee Nation 60 years ago and sometimes I forget a word. Where can I find this add-on for Firefox? The one answer I got from a volunteer was to visit the "Firefox store. I could not find the store either.

How do I get sound back on the add on extension "Check4change" ? it has always worked and then stopped one day. I have tried all the suggestions of reloading the extension and even removed and reinstalled Firefox, it was no help. I have sound in Firefox, just not while using the check4change add on extension.

How do I recover sound while using the extension?

Hello, I'm having an issue with how Firefox is displaying images on some of our product pages. The image appears to be zoomed in which cuts off the side of the product image. The exact same product page displays completely fine when using Safari and Chrome. I cannot figure out the issue. Please see attached images.

I have tried:

modifying the about:config page prefs:

   browser.enable_automatic_image_resizing
   browser.enable_click_image_resizing 

I have also tried resetting the zoom features (Command/Conrl +/-/0).

I have also tried reinstalling firefox and running the browser without any extensions.

None of these worked. Any suggestions?

I have tried doing the History > Forget about this site stuff and deleting cookies on individual sites. Still, I cannot get past the login page for a number of websites that are crucial to my operations. Like Elementor.com. when I need to connect to my account, I enter my username and password and it just stays frozen on the login screen. If I go the Edge, it works just fine, but FF keeps hanging on websites????

All of a sudden every time I start my laptop Mozilla starts up. How do I stop that? I have read and tired a few things but they don't seem to work. I am not technical at all so am guessing it is something I have done or am doing wrong. Hopefully you can set me straight and get this fixed once and for all. Thank you

York County, SC. Comporium is my streaming TV provider. Been watching on my PC for years. Suddenly I get this when I try to log on: "Firefox can’t find the file at https://streamtv.comporium.com/browse/live." So I reluctantly switch over to Chrome which finds it immediately. Thanks in advance.

when I am on facebook I like to clear the history before I get off < but latley when I do this when I try to get back on it wants a password then a security code to make sure it is me Cant figure it out or get it to stop This is on Firefox* Bulleted list item

I use a program called "URL Manager Pro" on the Mac to manage my bookmarks in all my browsers. Double clicking on a bookmark icon in URL Manager can open the URL in a new tab, the same tab, or a new window depending upon how I set the preferences in URL Manager Pro. This works fine in Safari. However, in Firefox, the website opens in a new tab regardless of how I set my preferences in URL Manager.

The author of URL Manager tells me the issue is a problem with how Firefox deals with AppleEvents. It's very annoying to accumulate so many unintended new tabs and then manually close them. Is this fixable in Firefox or is there a work around?

Firefox will not load. I receive this message: Error: Platform version ‘130.0’ is not compatible with minVersion > = 129.0.2 maxVersion < = 129.0.2

I cannot use Firefox due to this error message. What do I do now?

Last night I was using Firefox normally when it abruptly closed all windows and turned off. I turned it back on again. It told me it could not restore the tabs, so I started a new session. Firefox behaved normally, went to the sites I asked, and in approximately two minutes, did the same thing. Simply closed as if I had closed it. Turn it back on. It says it cannot restore previous tabs. It will come on, go to requested site, operate normally for a very short time, then close without warning. Made sure I had the latest version of Firefox. I do. Have tried hard restart, turn computer off, turn it back on. Same. Have tried uninstalling and reinstalling Firefox. Behaves the same on reinstall. Says it cannot restore tabs. Start new session. Brief period of normal behavior, then all windows close as if turned off. Does not matter what the site is I go to.

Please note that I am an older autistic person who is very computer illiterate and is extremely distressed by these events. Please bear with me and please be patient with me.

So i use garuda linux(not sure if necessary but still telling). The ".mozilla" folder is about 134 GB! I have browsed it a bit and found a lot of this folders "vuzpdtyn.default-release-backup-crashrecovery", "tor50voj.default-backup-crashrecovery-", "profile-somestuff-backup-crashrecovery" Is it safe to delete the old ones from this?

If you could make suggestions on how to accomplish this. If you have other ideas, I would really appreciate it. I don't use cloud.

I have an Imac desktop. I can't send my vacation pictures to my relatives because they don't have smart phones.

Dear colleagues:

I have made a page with a stack of z-indexed .heic images. The viewer clicks (jQuery) on the top image to reveal the next.

The page is local, not online. I'm on a Mac mini 2018, OS Ventura 13.6.1, Firefox 13.0.

Safari renders the operation correctly. Firefox fails to load the .heic images. Chrome also fails to load the images.

Any suggestions welcome. My 83yo brain sometimes misses things. cheers Chris

For some reason I cannot log in on the stub hub site in firefox. other browsers work but not on stubhub.com Please help fix this issue
