I had a power outage and when it came back on, Firefox asked me to log in and restored everything except my saved passwords. I had a lot of saved passwords and none of them were restored. I tried to resync and nothing.

I restored some of the ones I remember, but many of those passwords were generated by Firefox itself, so I have no idea what they look like.

Is there any way to recover them?

the MyChart app has changed, and I'd like to setup a passkey, but I don't know how. Do I do it on Firefox? Can I use the same key everywhere a passkey is asked for.

I use a PIN on Microsoft 365, which seems like a passkey.

Amazon keeps asking for a passkey to authenticate, and it says it's from Firefox. I just close w/o entering anything.

PS. I'm 77 with mild-moderate tech knowledge. New stuff is hard. Any help you can give will help me.

I have cleared my cache, my history, disabled all addons, added sites to my exceptions list for popups and for my virus and malware protection, the works. I still cannot log into Ko-fi nor any site that requires proof I am human. I have had to use Chrome, which is ridiculously unsecure. I have contacted Ko-fi and they have no answer. I cannot access these sites on my tablet nor my desktop, just my phone. Using just my phone is very tedious, especially for anything where I need to type things.

Does anyone know what is happening that could cause this?

Can you please confirm for me that I have now successfully completely the Firefox Browser installation as well as Mozilla and Mozilla Support.

Otherwise, I am never quite sure and likely to miss the final steps/requirements, etc. for example, hit the wrong button, misunderstood details, etc. I find the internet complicated and hence unclear with many aspects which can end up wasting half of my day (and yours) as I carefully read and note as best I can.

I accidentally uninstalled Firefox and now I can't sign in to Dashlane on Firefox. I can sign in to Dashlane on other browsers, and i can sign in to other sites on Firefox.

Can you help please?

Neither Spectrum nor Frontier will allow me to login using Firefox browser. No problem at either site if I use MS Edge browser. I've tried all of the suggestions from Mozilla on line (ex: clear recent history, check add ons, etc) and nothing has corrected the problem. Does anyone have a solution?

I have been receiving a link to reset my password for an app usually it signs me in. When I push the link when they send me the email link to change my password it doesn't go through it is supposed to work with Google.

When I try to login to AOL mail, I have to constantly sign in; it doesn't save my password. When I log into Navy Federal Credit union, it doesn't remember the browser for 2-step verification. It used to work.

This drives me absolutely crazy as I tried to narrow it down for days now. The Amazon Seller website makes me login daily, which is not a problem on Chrome. If I export the cookies from Chrome into Firefox it works, but also forgets it after about day. I can confirm:

- cookies are not the problem and don't expire, as they keep working in Chrome on the same machine and network and if I export them again from Chrome and import to Firefox even daily, it still works, so the cookies are fine - It's also not amazon's fault, let's say a stricter protection agains Firefox for example, for the same reason as above, they don't block the cookie - I turned off every protection, made sure cookies are persistent and I gave every exception to amazon's website but didn't help - it happens even if I don't close the browser, so it's not a problem with cookie deletion - I tried it in a completely clean new firefox profile, same problem

I'm losing my mind because of this..

Hello! I tried adding two-step authentication to my account, but every time i try to do it and enter the code from the app there is a "Incorrect two-step authentication code" message, despite checking it and retrying multiple times. I am using the google authenticator app.
