New version produces "Access Denied" when logging into Chewy.com Please fix this. I tried to add an image, but, like last time, doing so froze the page and I couldn't get back here. Had to start over. Can I revert to the earlier version of Firefox that worked? If so, how?

I just got an add-on called LMMS Music Studio. But every time I click on their icon I am taken to something else called "https://www.offidocs.com/edit-lmms.php?username=810908&fileurl=newfileoriginal" Any ideas?

The YouTube videos load in troubleshoot mode, so I reopened Firefox and disabled all extensions. That did not help, so I uninstall all extensions. That does not work either. Other browsers work, but Firefox does not.

Is there any way to keep an older version of Firefox without its getting upgraded all the time? Version 99 only has a small header at the top, so there is still space on my screen to see the website I'm trying to see. The newer versions (100 and newer) take up too much space on my screen. Every site has its own headers, and so I am left with about an inch of working space. That's really not enough to see anything.

Is there a way to get the security updates without the new look? Is there a Firefox Light version available, with minimal headers and all? I prefer Firefox, and would love to keep it. Having to reinstall it (to get the older version back) several times a week is not good.

My Linux/Computer guru passed away 5 years ago I have been using Firefox Quantum 57. 0.4 64 bit for Linux Mint 1.0 but am finding sites I need to access won't open or if they open can't use the functions there. I know nothing about computers and I have not been able to find a tech to take my desktop to to get it updated. I am afraid to update because computer is currently set up with protections so I can do banking etc.. but soon I won't be able to access that. When I open emails many times the letters are gibberish. The letters are changed into symbols and weird looking letters. Sometimes closing Firefox and reopening helps, but usually I have to restart my computer. Even then, it may or may not be readable. Some emails are only partially this way, but most are complete gibberish. Has been happening for a few months. I have updated Firefox and am running the newest update. I am using Microsoft 365 email. Other computers in the same office do not have this issue. Any ideas how to fix this?

On the website page, it has top rating section of the products. When I scroll down to see the listing, there is a big empty space between the next item in the listing and it continues through every next item of the listing.

In a simple HTML file containing an Arabic / Urdu / Persian phrase: "با نشئہ درویشی در ساز و دمادم زن", Firefox in Linux (Ubuntu, to be more precise) uses the default font (DejaVu Sans) for the whole phrase except for one character (UNICODE: 6C1). Font used for this character is Noto Sans Arabic UI. So the text looks broken due to different fonts.

I've tried to search but could not find how exactly Firefox resolves preferences in Font Settings and CSS "font-family" preference to local fonts in Linux. Does this have to do something with "fontconfig"?

How can I make Firefox use only the default font for the whole phrase?

Hello! When I try to log into my Microsoft 365 Outlooks, I get the following message:

'Your browser is a bit unusual...

Try disabling ad blockers and other extensions, enabling javascript, using a different web browser or turning off your VPN.'

I did go in and turn off the ad blocker. I do not have a VPN, and I could not find anything about Javascript on the Preferences page.

Please let me know what to do so I can log into my email.

Firefox randomly, from where I sit, opens things in French rather than English. How can I keep it in English unless otherwise specified (I occasionally want German or Japanese)?

I have firefox version 113.0.1 on two computers both running windows 10 Pro. the last update failed on both computers and firefox would not run so I reinstalled version 113.0.1 Any suggestions?

When watching something on Youtube and I click on the coloured download icon, I get to be able to click on the title of the video. A blue 1 appears in the download icon. When I click again, then click on the blue 1 to watch the download. Nothing happens. The window just sits there and states 'downloading', but it does not happen. This happened last year and you managed to fix it; now Youtube seem to have blocked downloading again. Geoffrey D Dean, Australia.

I just went to one of my email folders in Googlemail and it was empty. When I began to check the other folders they are all empty as well, but on Google Chrome and on my phone all the messages are there. Why are they not there in Firefox? Can I get them back?
