"Pocket List" has disappeared in the drop down menu under the "library" icon where it used to be not more than a few days ago. It's not under the Bookmarks icon, either. the "Pocket" icon is in the menu bar, and I can save items to Pocket, but can no longer locate the page with the articles. "View List" does appear when you click the Pocket icon, but it also saves whatever page you're on whether or not you want to save it.

Something broke in my browser. For last day or two whenever I try to open an image to see it in full details etc, it instead opens new tab. Then I realized that description of this basic option changed to what it does now, as well, so I assume this is some sort of new feature.

How do I revert it? Do I need some sort of plugin? If yes, is there plugin that outright replaces this new, worse functionality with old, better one? If not, can someone message me when such plugin exists?

Hi! I found a strange thing today. I wanted to open an ftp link and firefox asked me in which app I wanted to open it. Of course I wanted to open it in Firefox, but the only app on list was Internet Explorer. So, I added Firefox to the list, but I couldn't open the link with it, because when I marked Firefox and tried to click "open", nothing happend and the box still appeared. So, I ended up using IE. I'm using Firefox Nightly (81.0a1 atm of encountering this).

When I used a new computer to log into my Firefox account, the account was locked. Waited 24 hours but account is still locked. I could not find website that will assist me in unlocking my Firefox account. Need someone to send me another link to my Yahoo email to unlock.

I am unable to download anything using Firefox. I have tried everything listed in this article: https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/cant-download-or-save-files

Nothing has worked; starting in Safe Mode; clearing my cache; disabling all addons; disabling my firewall; disabling my antivirus; even reinstalling.

I can download using other browsers just fine, but not Firefox for a reason I cannot figure out.

When I attempted to do a post purchase customer survey, the scoundrels at Target tricked me into installing an incredibly invasive, suspicious SearchesCentral browser, which has now replaced my Firefox browser. What can I say? I am not very computer saavy. How do I undo this ghastly error, and remove this potentially dangerous software from my brand new laptop?

The "Back Space" quit working. It used to return to the previously viewed page. The Alt+Left Arrow does the same but is not as convenient since it requires both hands to return where the Back Space did not.

How do I restore its functionality?

The Facebook password I change on Monday and Works, will not work the next day...every time!!

At [[about:preferences#privacy|about:preferences#privacy]], setting history to not remember it at all displays no plugins. Setting it back to normal makes the plugins appear again.

I keep getting this error code when I try to access amazon.com. This is a new problem, less then 48 hours. I can access amazon with chrome and edge.

Firefox 87 x86 "broke" yesterday visually. A lot of areas of pages and top area (Firefox menu area) turned black. Safe mode fixed the problem. I did not or could not see how to disable ext one at a time. I went with a "Refresh" when I was to uninstall and install. Now, FF 87 does not remember the magnification setting. I set pages to 80%, close, launch, home page (previously set to 80%) is at 100%. Pages that are bookmarked (just set to 80% prior new launch) launch at 100%. There a multiple times during the run time of Firefox that I had gone into config and made adjustments. I do not recall having to do so for magnification not being saved. I do notice that one config change made prior does not exist now, set resolution 1440x900. I think there was a true/false for page memory in config that I had switched from default before the refresh, but seeing how the screen resolution isn't 1440x900..I assume "Refresh" reset config to default.

Sum: Now, Firefox does not save page magnification. What do I need to do, other than 'bump' the size every time? This was not the case prior the "Refresh".

I recently had to restore my computer to factory setting and Firefox was one of the first things I reinstalled when I was done. Everything seems to be working except that when I put my cursor over a tab or an extension button instead of a tool tip it just shows and empty box. It's always showed a tool tip so I don't know why it started doing this now.

I use 3 profiles (work, private and media) side by side. When I open external links I have no control over which profile will open the link. The link is opened right away (so no profile manager interference) in a random profile. I do want it to open right away, but ideally would like to easily set a priority order for profiles to open the external links without having to restart the profiles.
