Hi,

I have just updated the subscription for my website - and Firefox doesn't show the site any more. All I get is a white screen with "2021 Copyright. All Rights Reserved. The Sponsored Listings displayed above are served automatically by a third party. " etc.

I have tried a hard refresh and a reboot (and rebooting our router) without success.

The website host has suggested "... browser is stuck or your ISP hasn’t picked up the domain..."

I tried getting on the website on my 'phone. That worked fine!

Any ideas, please?

So recently my Firefox crashed (as it does sometimes when I sort my bookmarks) and I accidentally clicked refresh Firefox, thinking that it would just refresh everything like a restart does. Instead, it deleted everything - my logins, my cookies, my extensions - and I don't know how to get it back. I tried looking online for the answers, but none of the solutions I found worked (https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/questions/1195682 was the closest one that had some semblance of sanity) and the closest I figured was that I needed to either create a new profile with different settings I could import from my Old Firefox Data or put the Old Firefox Data in the Profiles folder which doesn't seem to be working, as there are always two other folders within. I tried creating new profiles with the Old Firefox Data as the basis, yet it doesn't work. In addition, I like my old profile and don't exactly want to switch, although if that is the cost of retrieving my data, I will take it. Any solutions please? I rely on my computer quite often, and I don't want to be handicapped for a while. My computer is also the recent updated Mac version, if that helps.

I've visited two websites in the last two days that are displaying the wrong language. I've cleared my Cache and Cookies. I also have English set as my default but the problem still occurs. I open the same website in Safari and no problem. Has to be Firefox.

I had some dodgy issues with my firefox browser that I couldn't resolve (I think it might have been because of add on) so I uninstalled the program and reinstalled new off the web and all my bookmarks have gone?!?!?!? It has seem to have created a new account for me???

Please tell me there is a way I can get them back.

Just downloaded FF 85 and imported my bookmarks from Chrome. I'm using a MacBook Pro with Catalina 10.15.7. I can barely read the bookmark and tab labels! Please tell me (like I'm 5yo) how to control/increase the font size for tabs and bookmarks. Seems like an accessiblity feature I just can't seem to find. Thanks!

Firefox will not log into Bank of America or Mailchimp, but Safari and Chrome do so without problems. Others have reported the same problem, but I find no fix. I'm using a MacBook Pro (16-inch, 2019), Catalina, 10.15.7 and Firefox 85.0.1. Anything new on this problem?

I can no longer sign into my Citi account using Firefox (85). Works on all other browsers. The only error message I get is:

Trouble signing on?Select "Forgot User ID or Password"

Started a few days ago. Contacted Citi, and they ran me through all the typical solutions (clearing cache, force refreshing, etc.) There final solution was to use another browser.

Checked on my laptop, which is still using Firefox (v84.0.2). I could login with no issue. Updated to v85.0 and I cannot login.

So, there is an issue with v85.0 and citi.com

Please tell me if there is a way (shortcut or extention) to auto fill the 'find in page' field with a shortcut because it´s very boring to have to copy/paste the selected text that i want to search the other occurences in the same page :(

There was a problem with my email account, and in the process Firefox locked my account because the email bounced. Now the problem is resolved, but my account is still locked.

I can't find the right place to ask for help. I'm hoping this is the right place.

I got a new macbook air and installed firefox. I set it to remember my login info, and it will when I just quit and restart firefox, but if I quit and restart my computer, it will erase everything and I have to login on every website all over again. It's driving me nuts. Help!

I have been using Firefox for years. My email is with Fastmail. After the last Firefox update, i cannot access my email. Fastmail refuses to load. I had no problem loading fastmail for years, now it won't load. I cannot figure out why.

In the most recent update notes, it's said that Firefox "now remembers your preferred location" for bookmarks. However, the location chosen now as my preferred is just some random folder. Is there a way to set the preferred location? Or at least set the browser to do what it did before, which is save to the last-used folder? Thanks!

I am unable to access my PNC Bank online account only when using Firefox. I have used Brave, Safari and Opera and can easily get into my account. I'm currently using Firefox 85.0 on a Mac. I have no problems going to any other websites. Just wondering if anybody else is having this problem.

Hello, I tried Pocket , a stupid move, now it seems I am stuck with it. It is an invading application which keeps updating me with things I am not interested.

How can I :
-1- stop it 

-2- remove it from every where ? I remove it from the search bar, then I tried to use Preferences Firefox Home Content to stop it but it was not there ?? The Help Firefox page tells I should see options to stop Pocket there but I cannot find them.

What is the web page were I can cancel my Pocket account and remove my email so I stop getting all these messages ? I used to have a Firefox account without Pocket and I would like to restore that situation. Help ..

I started using Firefox on a Windows 10 laptop. I checked Task Manager as the computer is slow. It shows 6 instances of Firefox, all 6 using memory, with one of them showing CPU usage.

Is this "normal"? Is this how Firefox works? Thanks.

The tally for the traffic counter plug-in for my website does not show up with Firefox, although it does show up on Safari. The header is there for it, Website Traffic Counter, but no tally.

Any ideas?

When an apply is completed i printed on pdf to save locally.

This was fine till Firefox update 85.00 ( i jumped from 83.00 to 85.00, i don't know why. but i can reproduce it even on 84.00.

) When i tried to save as pdf, the character encoding of upper part of page (i think its header) you should defently see the exact same page to found out why ( https://voucher.gov.gr/ui/project/37/personal ) is appear with squares and the characters is losted, and unavailable. Also After the updated version for PRINT DIALOG (the new one) the new dialog, is not showed up, (see image)

if you are updating from old version with old profile. 

I had to delete the old profile to appear the new dialog, and there is no setting to get the new one, from old one.

On Firefox prior to 84.00: ( on 83.00 for example) this issue is not there ( and the page has not change at all), the save to pdf was working perfectly, and the characters as shown on the image, is perfectly grabbed and saved. I could not find any other website to replicate this issue so please, invest it here..

Why are there Chrome .idb files in my Firefox 85 browser? I've never used Chrome browser and don't have Chrome installed. These idb files take up a large amount of space. Also when first downloaded 85 seemed pretty fast. Now, after a few days it is back to being pretty slow. Could this Chrome stuff be effecting my browser in an adverse way?

Unable to play any videos on Amazon/Netflix. Just says Video unavailable. The same videos play just fine on Safari. Using a Mac Air M1.

After some investigation, it looks like the OpenH264 is not downloading (OpenH264 Video Codec provided by Cisco Systems, Inc. will be installed shortly.) Widevine is installed on the other hand.
