I-Firefox Isithangami Sokwesekwa

If I'm using "Blue Theme by Valou" and then change the "New Tab Background Color" to a light blue (#b7dff0), the theme changes (when I don't want it to) and the "New Tab Background Color" does indeed change to light blue. Unfortunately, when I re-select "Blue Theme by Valou" by disabling the unwanted theme and enabling "Blue Theme by Valou", the new tab background color reverts to a default slate (nearly black) color -- the light blue background is no longer honored when I open a new tab.

I am having trouble accessing a site that doesn't support https. For the longest time, I could access it just fine through http, but now, for some reason, it redirects to https, no matter what I do, which just gives me a cloudflare error.

I can access it in other browsers by just editing the address to http://xyz.com rather than https://xyz.com.

I'm aware others have encountered this issue, but the proposed solutions do not work for me at all.

I've tried: -Clearing my site security preferences file. -"Forgetting" the site through my history. -Disabling my addons -Disabling 'network.stricttransportsecurity.preloadlist' and 'browser.fixup.fallback-to-https' in my about:config. -Ensuring that https only mode is not on.

A Refresh DID fix it... only for it to break again pretty much immediately after I reloaded the site.

This is exceptionally annoying, as I have my Firefox configured how I want it, and I don't want to swap to another browser. Any solutions?

I and others have just started receiving this error message while attempting to access https://www.eacc.edu (East Arkansas Community College's home page) "Error code: SEC_ERROR_REVOKED_CERTIFICATE. This Security Certificate error message appears to be exclusive to the Firefox web (93.0) browser, as MS Edge opens the page just fine. I don't even have Google Chrome installed, so I haven't tested it. So, it appears to me, there is a 'bug' in the certificate authentication of this Firefox version. Oh! This is all on a Windows 10 system. Here is a screenshot of the full error message:

This is interesting, Firefox has a feature where clicking in a Password box brings up the option to"Use a securely generated password" option... which is cool, except that for some reason it's not letting me generate a NEW one on this website I'm on, it keeps giving me the exact same password as my old one!

This is problematic because the website won't let me re-use a previously used password when resetting my password!

How do I tell Firefox to generate a brand new securely generated password?

I keep banging my head up against being excluded from using sites like Channel4 (UK) because there is no way to have java work!! Must I migrate all my browser traffic to edge? You seem intent on excluding anyone who doesn't code from your products nowadays.

I want to sort bookmarks alphabetically by name that are in a folder. I hit sort, they rearrange perfectly. I close the window and they go right back to the way they were.

I just installed the 'Mailcheck' version (mailcom_Firefox_Setup_64.exe)... Is there anyway to 'roll back' the update? Or do I have to uninstall and reinstall Firefox?

For several years I have always checked all my email accounts with Firefox and for the last few months, yahoo mail is not accessible. It redirects to att or currently.com. I have to open chrome browser and it works fine.

Today I have needed to access a couple of things on WhatsApp.Com On Firefox they have no vertical scroll bar although one is needed. But on Chrome they do have a scroll bar. Any suggestions for getting the scroll bar back on Firefox. All other websites seem to be ok.

I was editing the bookmarks on PC in hope that the change will reflect on my iPhone with the sync on, but contrary to what I hoped, the sync worked the other way around, any change I made on PC will be reverted in a few minutes, which seems that it has been synced by the bookmarks on my iPhone. How do I get it right? I would like to have the ability to make changes on either device and reflect on the other device.

I want to completely disable the 'restore previous session' option.

I want to start a new session with my preset home pages 100% of the time.

Having Firefox display a page 'unable to restore previous session' with the options of 'display previous' pages and 'start new session' is inconvenient at best. I do not want to see that page, I just want Firefox to automatically start a new session every time I open it.

In the Tools menu settings tab, the 'Restore previous session' checkbox is not checked.

No sound at all with you tube videos. Started in last few weeks. Any explanation and/or fix would be appreciated. Latest version of Firefox 93.0 64 bit - Win 10.

Have checked the basics of sound settings. Sounds turned on and working fine on any other application and through the browser - just you tube clips are void of any sound.
