Firefox 59 shows no saved passwords and no master password. When I try to add a master password it reports that I can't. Rolling back to Firefox 57 solves the problem. Fedora 27

For the last few weeks, at the least, I have been getting a notification to update Firefox upon initial launch. I update, shut down Firefox, and restart. Right away I am again given the update notification.

I wan to redirects every HTTP URL goes int he address bar to HTTPS by default. How can I do this from the browser configurations? i.e. from (about:config) or something similar?

In my news clips and news videos a short commercial usually appears. Suddenly, these are all in Spanish--I have not changed anything, nor requested a language change. When I check my mozilla settings, English is my designated language of preference. I cannot find a listing for Spanish nor another way to change my language to English.

I struggled with it and found a solution.

You used to be able to click on a tab & it would get you back to the last tab. Also, using the mouse wheel to scroll tabs was useful. This was a very convenient way to navigate, but it no longer works. Is there a way to get it back?

Hello: I am developing a test with selenium 3.11.0 + geckodriver 0.19.1 + firefox 59.0.2 to get the HAR file when loading a page. I got always an error, and no HAR file when using the latest version of Firefox. I could not find any error in the test configuration, and the logs showed always an error in the javascript har-builder.js, which is internal to Firefox. I have not modified the standard configuration of Firefox, or using any add-ons. The idea is to use an standard configuration. I tested in my Mac High Sierra and in a Ubuntu 16.04. Same results I switched the version to Firefox 57.0, and the tests are now always successful in both the Mac and in the Ubuntu, and the HAR file is generated every time. I attach images of the geckodriver logs with every case...Uploading of images fails.. :-(  !!!

I did not find any related issue in the support page.

I just upgaded to the latest version of firefox, and now all the dropdown menus of the extensions like noscript, abp, greasemonkey, just show a tiny white area of say 2x1 cm and no real contents. Of course the first advise is to start in safemode, I did, but then of course non of the extensions show up, exiting safemode restores the problem. One other advise was to unchek recommended performance settings, I did. nothing changed (not after a restart) And one other thing I checked was layers.acceleration.disabled which is set to true layers.acceleration.force-enabled is set to false

so, I don't know what else to do. Does any of you guys have more suggestions?

This Mozilla support forum DOES NOT have this problem. Please notice I have pressed [Enter] at the end if each line. This is the third line. There are no blank lines. The following is copied from another un-related forum about "double spacing".

Have not seen this CR-LF problem since using DOS & WordPerfect (circa 1985).

This is my 7th line of text. Count 'em. Depending on the width of this window, you may have more or less lines due to the auto-word-wrap feature. You counted the first blank line? CSS defaults to the Top Margin + Font Height = first blank line.

Also, Mozilla Thunderbird defaults to this oddity, meaning all eMails I sent, were received double-spaced. However, it has File, Edit/Preferences/Composition/HTML, checkbox labeled: 'Use Paragraph format instead of Body Text by default.' I switched the X to space, turning double-line-spacing OFF.

My question: How do we turn this oddity OFF in Firefox ?

I Googled 'Watch KB discussion threads' and got nothing. I give up, which KeyBoard are we discussing ?

When I click links that Mozilla actually links me to, I get a lot of the insecure connection messages. A lot of times it is for big websites that are totally secure. What is more frustrating is that even after I go to advanced and click "add exception" it still won't let me visit the page. I love Firefox but you guys are making it harder and harder for me to surf the web :-(

While installing the newer version, there is a (windows 10 UAC pop-up) message asking - "Do you want to allow this app to make changes to your device?". My question is not how to stop this message, but what exact changes firefox is making to my device. I tried running firefox as a non-administrator as suggested in this forum but that didnt help. Thanx for any help.

I purchased tickets directly from the official French Open website. They are available for download and printing and were emailed to me. However, when I try to download, I get a message that the connection failed and received data cannot be verified. I would like to be able to print these here at home in the US before I travel to Paris.

im using wammp server 3 and when i write my code on a dreamweaver and try to run it on a browser there is an error msg saying it cant connect to server in localhost

I have taken some screenshots to show what I look at every time I update to a version 57+ I did try updated versions as they became available, in case my problem had been fixed, but it gets so annoying that I roll back again.

It's not my graphics drivers or anything else, everything is up to date. I roll back to 56.0.2 (32-bit) and this solves the issue. I am having the same problems on two machines running Win7. Cheers, Keith

I use Windows 7 Home Office. I have no interest or desire in going to Windows 10 or using anything like Twitter, Facebook, Android, I-Phone and the like. Firefox keeps badgering me to update. Update to what???? One of these things I don't use and don't want to????
