I-Firefox Isithangami Sokwesekwa

It happened today. I even tried to restore the previous.js to an earlier point (back to 07/05/2016 version) and then I renamed it to sessionstore.js but it still opens the new session whenever I open Mozilla Firefox. I don't know what I'm doing wrong and it's driving me off the wall.

the webpage of a product at walmart.com has the warranty information,

first open this link http://www.walmart.com/ip/Coolermaster-X-Slim-NotePal-Cooler/20564382

then click "Policies",

then in "Product warranty" click "See details", where you will see "Warranty Information: 1 Year Warranty"

When I did the above in Firefox, I clicked in its menu "File -> Print...", and chose print to file. The created file is a pdf file where most parts of the webpage are absent, including the warranty information.

How can I print out this product's warranty information on walmart.com?

Have tried numerous so called fixes and uninstalls, to no avail.

One said the file lives @ C:\Users\Gary\AppData\Roaming\Mozilla\Firefox\Profiles\.... etc. but I cannot find it and it never showed as being downloaded or installed from the beginning.

I got a notice to patch firefox on a new site. Downloaded and clicked on it without thinking. Looks like it is a virus or malware. Now I am getting repeated requests from flash for permission to update. What should I do? Thanks

I have firefox set to open with my old tabs. This time, it opened the same NUMBER of tabs I had, but they're all new, blank tabs - with no history, apparently, so I can't just hit the back button to fix it. I have dozens of tabs - for a reason, the bookmark system is clunky when you need to keep track of that many things, and I do - and there is no way I'll be able to remember ALL of them to find them again. I'm terrified to close firefox now because having the right number indicates it might remember SOMEWHERE and I don't want to lose that. I tried refreshing firefox, no difference. How do I get my tabs back?

I don't find ANYTHING in Mozilla support about synchronizing two e-mail address lists.

For example, I have a long-existing Yahoo e-mail account (over 18 years), and now I have the Yahoo e-mail extension for Mozilla Firefox. This extension does not know anything about the address list or address book in my Yahoo e-mail, and I do not see anything about synchronizing the two programs so that they have the same address list. If you don't like the words "synchronize" or "synch" for doing this, then it is up to you to think up some different terminology. In my case, if I have an address list in my PC, and then I copy that by hand onto pieces of paper, I then have two address lists that are synchronized. Synchronizing two address lists by computer should be much easier than this, and if I make a new entry in one address list, then it should be automatically copied onto the other, keeping them "synchronized".

As it stands now, if I click on the word TO:, or click by it, in your Yahoo e-mail extension, it does absolutely nothing but sit there with its tail stuck in its ear.

Hey guys, I REALLY need help here because 90% of my saved tabs went missing and this has crippled me...

This is what just happened:

I was forced to close Firefox running on my Windows 8.1 PC by using "Ctrl Alt Del" and I've done this many times and I've never had an issue when I've had to re-open Firefox as the tabs are always there when I go to "Restore" them. But this time, about 90% of my tabs I had opened now just display "New Tab" at the top of the window and the pages are empty....

PLEASE help me!

I searched and could not find any information about what messages the user receives during Firefox Sync Process / When a sync is taking place. What are user confirmation messages does Firefox Sync provide?

1. I would like to be notified when a sync is taking place e.g. started and finished
2. I would like to be notified a new Firefox Account has been created
3. I would like to be notified when Sync has been activated

I searched and could not find what Firefox Sync setup looks like when activated. I only know what it looks like when it is not activated. e.g. see my screenshot. Can you please post a screenshot of what it looks like setup. Thankyou

I do not have Firefox Sync activated and am nervous having this feature readily available under Firefox Preferences and requires no passcode to activate on my computer. I could not find anyway to disable this feature completly. Can it be done?

in the last few weeks firefox has started to crash suddenly almost instantly when i go to pages with a video i start to play or yahoo mail. i have plugins disabled and default theme and extensions disabled but it crashed. it doesn't crash in safemode.

when i looked at the health report it said i had 3 extensions when i only have two visible that's when i found out firefox has extensions built in like firefox@getpocket and 3 others i think.

After upgrade to 47 the restore tabs from previous session is no longer working. It is set correctly. What gives.

It appears as though you are attempting to make people set firefox as default browser in order to make it work which is illegal.

Please tell me that is not the ploy. I don't need a ploy to use firefox. it is my browser of choice but I am not going to be forced to chose a default browser in order to make things work.. fastest way to get me to dump the browser completely...

I have not tested this theory but it looks to be the likely reason to me as it falls right under that selection. If you now are forcing that to make all functions work than i am gone... i actually don't have a default browser for a reason... firefox is the browser of choice but won't be if this is true...

Well, firefox has numerous issues from huge memory consumption due to tons of unneeded function to ill designed web-pages at mozilla.org. I went to https://www.mozilla.org/en-GB/contribute/ thinking to help to improve the current situation.

There it says "Join a global community of game-changers". Guys, i do not want to join community of game changers. In fact I am sick of those game changers who permanently chnaging interface, standards, etc...and substituting them with the new ones with worse functionality. I want to improve the existing product.

If you are interested, remove this bullshit from your invitation or create a second invitation for those who wants to "improve the game" instead of changing it.

Firefox continues to crash even in safe mode. I rolled back to V47.0 because the newest version kept crashing. The same thing is happening with V47.0. This is very annoying and has been going on for about 1 month. I did run Malwarebytes AntiVirus Software. Please advise on how I can fix.

Over the last two days, my tabs only load when I click on them. Exploring the preferences settings I see that the option "Don't load tabs until selected" has vanished, even though it's still mentioned here on the support pages... Help!

I've installed the New Tab Override, I go to Add-ons, then Extensions, I click New Tab Override, I click options. There is no drop down menu. There is no ability to customize. The info I see is: Automatic Updates, Last Updated, Homepage and Rating.

I have a screen shot but for some reason cannot upload it

Pretty simple: I re-opened Firefox and clicked on history. As I had the menu open, the option to "restore previous session" faded to grey and wasn't clickable any more. I've never seen that before.

For some reason the Firefox Icon that was on my Desk top has disappeared, I can still get on line using the symbol on the bottom of my screen, but would like to get the Icon back on the main part of my Desk top! How can I do that?

. if i click them the menu goes away, so of course i cant try double clicking either. i need flash player and the runescape client most, but i cant find a way to get this to work. im on an old computer but i believe i have the newest version of firefox: version 47.0.1

All I want to be able to do it change my theme for Firefox. I have access to the 5 that show up when you go to customize, but when I choose "get more themes", it brings me to this page that has a bunch of words on it. There are categories and options, but I can't actually see the themes or any pictures. I try clicking on a random theme, and nothing happens. It just bring me to the top of the page. I have tried deleting the "extension" files and just about everything else.
