When trying to download firefox 3.6 (currently using firefox2) an error message defective image 3.6.8 appears and the upgrade fails?

Currently using firefox 2, need to upgrade to 3.6 but computer keeps saying defective image 3.6.8 and cannot activate upgrade? This happened Every time Firefox opened … (funda kabanzi)

about:config doesn't open the configuration window

I updated to version 3.x and the text on my homepage was huge. I tried to enter about:config as suggested, but, no configurations window. It just opens a window that say… (funda kabanzi)

I updated to version 3.x and the text on my homepage was huge. I tried to enter about:config as suggested, but, no configurations window. It just opens a window that says "config" at the top. about:config works in all previous versions but when I try it in the upgraded version the window won't open

Every time Firefox opened

I am running Mac OSX Panther and Firefox 2.0.0.8. I want to use Intuit tax on-line and was told to update to Firefox 3.o. Downloaded 3.o(2) but it will not open. Help. Newton

Have tried twice to download 3.o and 3.0(2). When I click on the disk image, the icon bounces once or twice, but nothing happens. I have tried placing the old versions in… (funda kabanzi)
