I realize this question doesn't really pertain to firefox, but I'm sort of desperate, and I thought I would try this forum to solve my problem. In the past this forum has been of help solving many problems.

I used to have printkey2000 on my old computer and old firefox system, 13.5. Now with my new computer and firefox 15, I'm not able to load free printkey2000 any longer, the old version, I'm only able to install printkey pro. Even though I tried the many alleged proxies to load free printkey2000, none of them worked! Does anyone know a way to install free printkey2000 with firefox 15 on my new computer? Thank you.

Thanks...And hopefully you can help so he may live!

Why aren't Flash cookies cleared the first time I exit Firefox?

I am running XP, Firefox 16.0.1 and Flash Player 11.4.402.287 and have Firefox configured to "Clear history when Firefox closes", with "Cookies" (amongst other options) checked in the "Settings for Clearing History". I also have Flash Player configured to "Block all sites from storing information on this computer."

As I understand things, starting with Firefox 4 and Flash Player 10.3, having Firefox configured this way should cause Flash cookies to be deleted upon exiting Firefox. I also understand that even though I have Flash configured as I do, a list of sites that attempt to plant a Flash cookie will still be recorded in the main settings.sol cookie.

I have noticed, though, that this list of empty Flash cookies is not deleted the first time I exit Firefox; rather, the list is deleted after launching and then exiting Firefox again.

Here's a step-by-step example:

1) Control Panel -> Flash Player -> Storage tab -> Local Storage Settings by Site... button -> confirm that the list is empty

2) Exit the Flash Player Settings Manage

3) Launch Firefox -> go to www.hulu.com and click on a video to start it playing

4) Relaunch Control Panel -> Flash Player -> Storage tab -> Local Storage Settings by Site... button -> confirm that the list shows www.hulu.com, 0 bytes, Block

5) Exit the Flash Player Settings Manager

6) Exit Firefox

7) Relaunch Control Panel -> Flash Player -> Storage tab -> Local Storage Settings by Site... button -> NOTE THAT THE LIST STILL SHOWS www.hulu.com, 0 bytes, Block

8) Exit the Flash Player Settings Manager

9) Relaunch Firefox

10) Relaunch Control Panel -> Flash Player -> Storage tab -> Local Storage Settings by Site... button -> NOTE THAT THE LIST STILL SHOWS www.hulu.com, 0 bytes, Block

11) Exit the Flash Player Settings Manager

12) Exit Firefox

13) Relaunch Control Panel -> Flash Player -> Storage tab -> Local Storage Settings by Site... button -> NOTE THAT THE LIST IS NOW EMPTY

So again my question is - why isn't this list emptied the first time around?

Certain websites (such as YouTube and Wikipedia) display part of foregin languages in script-like form.

So far I have found this problem in Chinese, Japanese, and Korean.

For example: (Chinese) 讓人不舒?/a> (Japanese) 店でハーブを買っ?0人が病院に搬送されています?br /> (Korean) 씨스타19 팬티노출 ?노골적이??/b>.?/b>

My javascript is enabled. And Character encoding is set to Unicode (UTF-8), which should be the default option to display foreign languages.

I will appreciate any help you can offer.

I have switched browsers, and both explorer and chrome work fine. So, I will be switching permanently to Chrome if this cannot be fixed soon. I really like Firefox, but if I can't reply to an email, what good is it to use Firefox when I can reply fine on other browsers?

I've gone through the forum and tried like a dozen things like uninstalling each component seperately and reinstalling. Also tried downloading realplayer like suggested in other threads, but it's not working. For example, I go to youtube and it says i need to upgrade adobe flash even though I have the latest install already and have installed and uninstalled several times to no avail. This has been going on for about a week or two. at first I thought it was because i had an older version of firefox, but updating didnt help at all and just gave me a less familiar GUI.

I have all windows updates and I'm running XP SP3

Please I need someone from Mozilla to contact me regarding this issue.

On the Tools, then Options tab, under Show Update History, Use A Background Service To Install Updates, so now I can't check this box to not allow the service to install updates.

I just updated from 15.0.1 and the above option was there, now that I have upgraded to 16.0.1 it is gone.

Mozilla updated correctly on my laptop and husband computer but not mine, so what do I do?

Did I get a corrupted version of Mozilla Firefox? Do I uninstall Mozilla Firefox and re-install it again?

Thank you.

So, I have tried everything already suggested in any of the searches I could find (which I spent the last 3 straight hours doing).

So here's what I've already been through so far (I would appreciate NOT suggesting these same things over and over again):

• I used Firebug to see what the deal is with Forvo's pronunciations and they are a .ogg file type.

• I went to Tools > Options > Applications and absolutely NO .ogg or .ogv or any other related file type is listed there.

• I have started Firefox in safe mode and the problem was still there.

• Under about:config, "media.ogg.enabled" is set to true.

• Yes, Java is enabled, up-to-date and working.

• Yes, all extensions or plugins for Firefox are up-to-date.

I tried searching to find a solution, but everything I find always relates back to web developers and their servers not supporting the .ogg file type and having to edit their .htaccess files.

However... Forvo is NOT my website, I am a user and absolutely NO website that uses embedded .ogg file types will play back on MY end. It's not THEIR fault, it's something here that I can't find the solution to.

Downgraded to Flash v.10, still doesn't work. But Youtube works OK with IE and Chrome.
