I am unable to sign into the iCloud web page on Firefox. I can sign in on Microsoft Edge, or on the Safari browser on my phone, so this is clearly a Firefox specific problem. When I try to sign in, the page skips the option that verifies my identity and goes straight to a message saying "Failed to verify your identity, Try again" without allowing the verification to occur. The verification would occur if the page would allow it to, as it does in the other browsers I mentioned. This was working fine last time I logged in a few days ago, so this is a new problem. I could switch over to Edge, but would prefer to use Firefox, if I can. Please help me. Thank you.

On the page https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/how-restore-browsing-session-backup , I'm flummoxed by the meaning of bullet point 10. It reads: "Copy your chosen file into the main profile folder. (Not the original sessionstore-backups folder, but the one above it.)"

What does 'above' mean here? Copy it into the folder that holds the original 'sessionstore-backup' folder? Seems an odd thing to do, given that there is no file with a similar name sitting loose within the Profile.

And I have tried that and it doesn't seem to work. Just want to check I'm reading this correctly before I persist. Thanks

For some reason all of a sudden my bookmarks don't show their identification icons that are associated with that web site. Those icons are to the immediate left of the site address. I used to use those colored icons as a quick reference to select the web site I wanted. Being I have MANY bookmarks, those icons to the left weer a GREAT help to locating a specific bookmark.

   How do I get my bookmarks to show the way they used to show before? Is there a way to show my bookmarks to a earlier date? Maybe that way my bookmarks will show the way they used to ?
   Can someone please help. This new bookmark menu listing I now see is not user friendly! Thank you.

i have been using firefox for years without issues. just now i booted up on my laptop and a reset firefox question came up so i thought oh okay why not? I LOST MY FB PAGE/400+ FRIENDS... I LOST LEVEL 700+ IN A GAME APP.... all acting like this was day one!!!!!!!!!!!!! WTF???????????????? HELP!!!!!!!!!

How do I stop the attached Newsmax webpage error message that I encounter daily? I am using Firefox on a Macbook with OS Sequoia 15.6.1. This error message requires that I switch to Brave to view Newsmax. This has been a longstanding problem with Firefox which I've posted before to no avail. Can anyone advise what the problem is? Greetings, On cargurus website for example there are many filters which contain multiple checkboxes each. If I scroll down to a section and select a checkbox, the results refresh and takes me back to the top of the page. The problem is that sometimes I want to select more than one checkbox in a filter or choose checkboxes in the next filter to select a checkbox. When I search for cars I may end up selecting more than 10 filter checkboxes to get the results I want. If I have to scroll back down to where I left off each time, it takes a lot of time to run a query. This jumping to the top does not happen using Chrome, so there must be something in firefox that can be adjusted but I cannot find it. I only used Cargurus as an example, but it happens on all sites with checkboxes. Keep in mind I am not a programmer so I don't know how to add code to websites or firefox settings. My primary google account's language is set to english. If I search normally, then the results are shown in english. If I open a private window and search in google, the results will try to be in the regional english and google asks if I want to switch to english every time.

When trying to print something using Firefox it automatically wants to print 2 copies, despite refreshing, rebooting, reinstalling and checking browser settings. This issue does not occur with other web browsers such as Microsoft Edge.
