Hello again guys,

when I play a video in Firefox, it doesn't keep the screen on.

I need this accessibility feature.

This happens, at least, with Debian 12's Firefox (uptodate), like over 1 year now.

Please help with that too.

when I click in Instagram in the notifications on a comment, I get redirected to to the comment section, but not to that certain comment, so I would have to scroll a lot.

Please help with that.

I will contact Instagram about that now too, as maybe the issue is on their side, or on your side.

A chaque demarrage de firefox, la taille des fenetres retaurees se reduit. L'environnement est du KDE Plasma X11 sur une Debian 12. La methode est simple: Ouvrir firefox. (Mode restauration de la session precedente active) Quitter firefox. Reouvrir firefox. La fenetre se reduit a la retauration des pages.

Comment remedier a cela? J'ai deja tenter avec un nouveau profil. Le probleme persiste.

I'm using the latest version of Firefox. A website I visit a lot - https://www.underconsideration.com/brandnew - uses the Disqus system in its comment section. The problem is that no comments at all show up when viewed in Firefox, I have to switch to Safari just to read and engage with the comment forum. Why is this happening? Any ideas? Thanks.

When I play a downloaded video that is in English, my downloaded file plays back in a foreign language, not English. What am I doing to cause this and how can I have the English version only in playback everytime? Thank you so much, being a pensioner I am eager awaiting the ability to donate to you excellent work as often as I like.

i bought a GMKtec K12 Mini PC AMD Ryzen7 H 255 (Upgraded 8745HS) Oculink Support DDR5 and youtube videos at 4k 60 hz stutter big time when i log in to my youtube acount.i am a premium user.all driver are up to date.my intel laptops using firefox browser work perfect no frame drop whatsoever.i have bought 2 of this mini pc and bouth behaving same on firefox(i tried on all firefox browsers: F.NIGHTLY,FOR DEVELOPERS,ESR) I also have an laptop with AMD cpu and behave same: stutters on 4k 60hz. Recently i tried FLORP browser and youtube 4k 60hz works perfect until i log in to my youtube acount and then it starts stuttering and loosing frames big time so bad i even cannot watch the video.ive tried on trubleshoot mode ,started from scrtach with same results

I use the Firefox browser.

While online, as I pressed a letter , Firefox closed, and its icon on the Taskbar disappeared.

After finding a Mozilla support page, and updating the browser, I found that all of my Bookmarks had disappeared.

And even worse. I tapped the 3 bars in the upper right corner to go to > Settings > Privacy Security > Saved Passwords. All of my Passwords were eliminated too. This is disastorous.

Help, I'm 71 years old.

I am running macos 15.7.2.

Bought a faster external drive *named EXT3* and I copied my Firefox Profiles from EXT2 *previous External* to EXT3

I have added the location for the profile in /Users/username/Library/Application Support/Firefox/profiles.ini

So far so good, but when EXT2 is NOT mounted the profile won't start, but only when EXT2 is MOUNTED then the profile will start.

Also connectivity is broken then, with that I mean I can't open any sites, not even a local one.

When I look in About:profiles I see that the profile in EXT3 is active and in use.

Any idea what is going on?

I am using Dashlane for password protection. I have purchased The Nord VPN and now Nord wants to install NordPass seemingly for password protection. I don't want that so what do I do now?

I recently changed my preferences to allow web sites to choose their own fonts, but now that I’ve changed it back, Firefox refuses to use that font or any other that I choose. I’ve tried clearing the cache and cookies, logging out and then logging in again, quitting and restarting, etc., but it still doesn’t work.

What can be done about this problem that should never happen? I’m running Firefox 140.5 ESR on macOS 15.7.1, and my Privacy setting are set to Standard.

Any solutions out there?

I am using Mozilla as my default web browswer in Unix environment. It is great... except for a particular behavior of the browser window. When I middle click (MB2) the frame of the window, it doesn't go to the background, like all my other windows. Intead it opens a new tab (when I click at the top of the window). This is very annoying becaue I use MB2 /go to background all th etime. Any idea how to change that behavior and make it consistent with my general unix preference? Here is how it looks: see attachment.

I got a random pop up on Firefox that I clicked without fully reading it, which closed Firefox and then prompted me for the administrator password (aka the password of that account on my laptop) so Firefox can install a helper tool. I did, and it did nothing. Every time I try to open Firefox I get the same pop up prompt and no matter how many times I give the password nothing happens, and I can't open the application. Clicking cancel on the prompt also does nothing.

I logged onto a different account on my laptop and can use Firefox like normal, but none of my settings/bookmarks/passwords from my other Mac account are saved here.

I would just delete and reinstall Firefox on the administrator account that is having this issue, but I don't know if I have anything properly backed up on Firefox, and I have a ton of things saved on there that I really don't want to lose. What do I do? Please help :(
