Hi! I reached out on Friday and was sent a code that expired in 5 minutes, missed the deadline and had to leave the library. I updated Firefox to 155 and can't find my bookmarks. Also found that a Microsoft update included Goggle Chrome that I uninstalled. Please advise on getting my bookmarks back thank you. I only have 30 minutes left on line. My previous session is not clickable. All 50 or so tabs are gone!?? HELP! How do I restore a previous session w/ older tabs? (History doesn't show tabs from months and months ago).

Hi, I wrote about a month ago and didn't get help in recovering my lost bookmarks. I've spent the month looking at .JSONLZ4 files to see if there was anything there, nothing I could find. I've gone through all the suggestions and haven't found the bookmarks. I have limited time on line, and appreciate the volunteers' time in addressing this issue, any help you can offer is greatly appreciated. Thank you! Mark

I've suddenly started getting continuous pop-up notifications warning of a virus, a trojan virus, system alert, etc. Some mention McAfee (I use Total AV and have run scans and it says there are no problems). THese bitufucatuibs sat they are coming from Firefox. They are just constant and even when I delete them they just keep coming. What's going on?

Enhanced Tracking Protection is preventing access to x.com even after it is allegedly "turned off" for this site. I have been using personal computers since the 1970s after the IBM PC was introduced, but now I am about ready to ditch Firefox AND Windows 11 to install a decent version of Linux. Grok on my iPhone 8 offered several suggestions to resolve this issue, but none of them have worked so far... including trying to us Microsoft Edge instead of Firefox.

I have all my info in Mozilla sites, passwords... try to back up my new phone and WHAT.., back up the phone and erase all the info I have on mu computer!!!

I've not been able to use that site for a long time on Firefox. There's something particular about Firefox. Chrome works fine. Reinstalled a few times, made sure no VPN is active in the browser (I dont use one). And posting results in "Posting from your IP range has been temporarily blocked due to abuse [More Info]. Please verify your e-mail address or try again later. ". Every single time. Rather than stop using Firefox I hoped someone here would know what's going on.

I am tired of continuely having to "dismiss" or "delete" from homepage sites I have visited. On my homepage. The homepage quickly becomes cluttered with shortcuts that I have to dismiss or delete. How can I prevent the browser from placing these shortcut on my homepage?

I just updated my browser and now I am unable to access my work profile because FF made me choose my original profile because they both use the same email. I would rather kill the original account and get back my work one. Can I do this?

Firefox has an old email address that I cannot access. My current email is listed as my secondary contact. I am unable to get rid of the old email address and make my current email the primary.
