New version produces "Access Denied" when logging into Chewy.com Please fix this. I tried to add an image, but, like last time, doing so froze the page and I couldn't get back here. Had to start over. Can I revert to the earlier version of Firefox that worked? If so, how?

I have lost my personal bookmarks list on the Mozilla Firefox Home Page. I now have numerous bookmarks, some which were in my personal list and some that I may have used in the past, but deleted them. Others are from an unknown source. Maybe a Firefox generated list. They aren't all familiar. Can Someone help me find my personal list that existed before the last update and restore that list.

The last day or two, I notice that once I have multiple tabs open in firefox, I cannot move/drag them around anymore in the tab bar, changing their order.

To date, I have restarted windows, restarted firefox, made sure both Windows AND Firefox are fully up to date (On a PC), and I have even tried starting FireFox in safe mode- I still cannot drag tabs.

Every time I try to login to a different page my firefox crashes.

I also did get the attached message, wasn't forsure if this was apart of the issue?

Hello, I am still using windows 8.1 64bit & refuse windows 10, due to high risk privacy, yes predictable hollow words are said, BUT is Microsoft, a greedy un-scrupled money making, money hungry corporate entity, wants us to willing give it our private details voluntarily or under thin layer of extortion.

Hence my sticking to windows 8.1 as I have certain control, mainly updates.

Will Mozilla browsers be specifically supporting older operating systems like windows 8.1 into the coming years, not just months, e.g. until January 2023

Yes is a blunt question, but is eluded against in other responses, maybe is Microsoft buy out to sacrifice mozilla loyal users or similar, same query is for Brave browser. Mozilla I think is last Bastian for decency & morality, a leader in justice & honour.

I just upgraded to windows 10 and have been restoring my computer to functional status. I have found that discord, tiktok and several other sites will not play videos on firefox. I have tried troubleshooting mode and private so i know it is across the board. I have also tried using addons to fix the problem to no avail.

I just updated to the latest version of FIREFOX 114.0 on Ubuntu 22.04. However, whenever a website looks for the version it is reported as 86. I am not using the SNAP version and it does not show up in SNAP LIST. Several websites have rejected access because of an outdated browser. Is this a bug or a setting that needs fixing? my computer crashed yesterday because my ssd of my computer broke, therefore i had to reinstall firefox. Having done so and looging in, i cannot find my bookmarks, passowords, history, etc. I am sure i had my account always synced.

I am using Firefox Developer Edition in a work environment that only saves directories between weekly restarts by explicitly managed rules. As a result of some missing folders from my weekly restarts, I need to sign in to my Firefox account and enable sync each week. Currently my machine retains the %APPDATA%/Mozilla and %LOCALAPPDATA%/Mozilla directories + children.

What other directories are needed by Firefox Developer Edition in Windows to retain the user profile/syncing, et. al.?

i am using a loaner laptop right now while i wait for my main laptop to be returned to me. i need my bookmarks so i downloaded the browser & went to log in. i can't find my password & apparently to reset it i lose all my bookmarks which is the ONE THING i need from firefox right now. i am fully logged into firefox on that other laptop (tho who knows now that i tried logging in on my new device). i can't risk losing all my bookmarks. i need some help here, but i couldn't even get help without creating a NEW firefox account. can someone send me a support email to reach out to?

Running Firefox 102.11.0esr on Debian 11 desktop

Firefox is very, very slow in responding to the cursor which doesn't show up as an arrow initially (as it normally would) - so if I point at Reply (for example), normally the cursor would be an arrow, the Reply box would turn yellow and I would click which would activate the command. At the moment there is no arrow, the Reply box stays grey and nothing happens if I click the mouse button. Eventually though after about two minutes the action is done. This is happening with any command in Firefox, e.g. trying to delete text in a draft message or trying to open an email in my inbox etc. etc. - all of it is the same as above and takes about two minutes to happen.

Hey, for a while now my firefox has been having a this problem, that I have not been able to fix. No matter when it is closed or opened, it opens random links that are usually very long and never load. I installed a plugin to at least somewhat block them but they keep poping up. It doesn't seem to be connected to any keys on my keyboard, since it opens at random times without me doing anything. I have no idea what the problem is and I have tried many things to fix this:

-Reinstalling firefox -Deleting all the cookies -Using the problem-fix-opinion in my settings to clear any keybinds that could be causing this

yet nothing seems to help.

I had 20 tabs open on one screen. I moved one tab off the the 2nd screen so I could see info between two pages at the same time. When I was done, I closed the browser with the 19 tabs so I was left with one tab browser on the 2nd screen. Unfortunately now I lost all 19 tabs because when I click restore Recently Closed Windows (tabs) the only thing that listed is the tab I already have open.

This has been an issue for a LONG time. I have to remember to close the temporary browser tab 1st then close the main browser with all the other tabs open LAST. I HATE that I lose everything if I don't close the split browser in that order.

Firefox does not display custom fonts for any website online or webpage offline. This has been going on for months from update to update and I'm unable to fathom what could be wrong. I recently uninstalled the browser completely wiping out every folder or file that was remotely connected to Firefox and Mozilla. But on a clean reinstallation the problem persists. I'm using Windows 10 and I've had no font display issues with any other browser. To be honest, I've had font display issues with Firefox for years with any number of my own custom fonts refusing to display in it online and offline. I chalked it up as some corruption in those font files Firefox and no other browser was sensitive to. But this is something way beyond that. Any clues?
