I'm trying to configure my router and the instructions tell me to go to https://192.168.1.1. But the security settings will not allow me to get to that (local network) IP address, and ther.is no option to bypass the warning

Hi. Without warning and without my making any changes to my laptop, I can no longer access various web pages including those I most use. The error message being returned is: Secure Connection Failed Error code: SEC_ERROR_OCSP_FUTURE_RESPONSE

I've uninstalled and reinstalled Firefox without successfully resolving access. Other browsers have no access issues. I tried checking for advice on what else I could do but i don't find the information on the web to be at all helpful. I'd appreciate very detailed instructions on exactly how to resolve this.

Since the latest Firefox update a few days ago, I am not able to log into my Outlook/Webmail account; nothing happens.

I can access it on google chrome but not on Firefox.

Since about one year I am unable to use Japanese input only in Firefox. When I try to switch with fcitx and control+space, nothing happens. However, fcitx-mocz works everywhere else on my computer (i.e. terminal, thunderbird, other browsers, etc.). Furthermore, I uninstalled fcitx and everything associated with it and reinstalled it according to this thread: https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/questions/1367181 (just with mocz for Japanese). This also didn't change anything. Any help is appreciated! I am having a significant issue with firefox draining my battery. I used chrome up until the new year and then switched over to firefox from chrome. Overall I love firefox so much more. The format is way more pleasing. I love how it easily signs me back into everything, BUT IT DRAINS MY COMPUTER SO MUCH. Like i used to have an 8hour + battery span my laptop neverrr died. Now I get through MAX 2 hours of full use before needing to charge, and maybe 4 hours just having it at school but not using it.

I thought my dell suddenly started crashing, ran all these tests, and then I realized the only change was that I had started using Firefox... So sad I think I am going to have to leave it.

I read a lot of articles and did everything suggested. my graphics is webreader , i turned on all the suggested features, i have 2 extensions , the only thing I could maybe think of was that I use an animated theme so maybe that was killing the battery, but like if I can't use my theme than whats the point.

Today I installed a new extension (Bitwarden) and want to add the icon to the toolbar. I can't find it anywhere. The add-on shows up in the add-on manager but there's nothing there to help me add the icon. The little puzzle piece in the upper right of the browser -- click on that and Bitwarden isn't listed.

How do I fix this? In Chrome there's a simple toggle switch in the extension manager to add the icon to the toolbar. Frankly, if I can't get this Bitwarden icon to display I can't use Firefox at all. Thanks.

I am trying to have a biometric authorization with touch ID on Mac, and it says on the website that the option should pop up when i go to the password settings, but it doesn't, and I don't know how to do it otherwise, or if I should use an extension for example. In the last 2 weeks (that I know of), Mercari will not appear when I go to it. I just get a blank page. I've restarted the computer, I've turned off the Ublock and Ghostery but nothing. Everything else works fine. I am not very computer adept, by the way. I sell things on Mercari, so I kind of need to access it. I'm not even sure I picked the right topic (website breakages)....sorry if I got it wrong.

Archived 2020 query at https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/questions/1360922#answer-1465978 asked for time-stamped history list. Instructions in the response say after CMD(on Mac)/Shift/H you will see names of columns above the list. This does not appear - possibly deleted since the answer.

I'm trying to argue with a bank that I made a payment in business hours, and a time stamp on my history record would bolster my argument.

Is the list of columns mentioned available somehow? Can a date/time stamp be added to every history record? (Date is known, but not shown as a date stamp.) Is this info in there, but hidden, and available somehow?

Thanks guys for screwing up my day with your latest update. I used to be able to download a .pdf and opening it in my ,pdf reader. I NEED to do this for tax reconciliation purposes. Now your crappy program has decided to open .pdfs in itself and I cant get a downloaded copy any more. What the hell was the programmer thinking? Yes I have gone to Applications and checked that it is set to my .pdf reader. Please fix this before I get fined by the tax office.

I'm seeking help because sound is not working on Firefox. All other software are able to produce sound on every speaker and headphones I have. The speaker logo does not appear in tabs were videos or music is playing and firefox doesn't show up in EarTrumpet. It does show in the volume mixer but no bar appears to show it is displaying sound while media is playing.

I'm running : Firefox version 119.0 64 bits Windows 10 64 bits version 22h2, OS build 19045.3570

I've tried :

1. Restarting Firefox
2. Muting/Unmuting Firefox in the volume mixer, in firefox tabs too
3. Downgrading to version 118.02 32 bits
4. Uninstalling all my audio drivers followed by a restart (they got re installed but no change for Firefox)
5. Restarting Firefox with all addons disabled

I'm running out of solutions.
