saved payment method still work and autofill when a payment page is up but managing all saved payments within settings is impossible as the list is not populated - please see screenshot link text

there is a payment methods label in settings but thats is. its just a label under it immediately comes save addresses from other articles i can see that there should be a saved cards button but i have nothing why?

When I click to fill in a Credit Card field to pay for something, my correct card info appears momentarily, but then disappears. To execute a payment, I am forced to manually fill in all required information. I made sure the "save autofill" box was properly checked in the Settings, and it was. Names, addressed, etc. are all filled in properly; only credit card info is not.

Firefox saves my bank card details when I make payments, but to use the auto-fill I need a pin. I have no idea what this is, and I can't find anywhere to change it. I found where I could change my password (which I don't want to do) but nothing for the pin. What can I do?

I'm not sure if this is a Firefox or Google problem, I'm guessing Firefox because it doesn't happen in Chrome.

Every time I try to login to google in Firefox it auto logs me into a specific account, I don't mean it is already logged in, I'm logged out and where the blank field is to enter your account username(email) the drop down pops up and shows all the gmail accounts and picks one on its own then procedes to the next page for the password on its own. It's like someone took control of the mouse and was doing it for me. Really pisses me off because I'm trying to login to a different account and it chooses the same one every time and I can't choose. If this is some kind of auto login feature please tell me how to turn it off.

There is no option to save addresses in my Autofill settings as the help article says there should be. I have signed into my Mozilla account and no difference. Credit cards working fine. What's going on?

I am unable to view old payment methods in order to delete them. When I go to Settings, Passwords and Autofill, Payment Methods, Manage Payment Methods, I can only add new methods. The old methods do not show up, i.e. the list is blank. I have many old payment methods that I'd like to delete that show up in drop-down when I click in a credit card number field. The Address / Profile Autofill (full-form, 1-click filling) all of a sudden stopped working a few days ago. Only single-form works. I have to go to each box on a form individually and click on it to have the info fill in (Never had to do that before). And the "History" icon is showing to the left side of every info of mine that i click on to fill in (Never seen that before). Everything in the settings is still the same, nothing on my end has changed. It's set to automatically fill in my Name, Address, E-mail, Phone Number in 1-click, like it has THOUSANDS OF TIMES BEFORE. All my info is showing in settings, but not on any forms on any websites. The same websites i've been using all along, that filled in ALL my info with 1 click, all of a sudden went to single individual form last week. I asked AI what the problem could be. It gave me a few suggestions and fixes. Tried all of them, made no difference. All the settings it had me check were correct. HELP! (Thank you)

I have searched Support, enabled media Autoplay for all sites, Page Info for individual sites. Videos play but never with audio. Currently using FF 134.0 (64-bit) on Debian 12, but recall some problems starting about the 133.0 update. No audio with Youtube, Amazon testimonials/reviews, etc.

Please help?

Hi Firefox. Autofill doesnt work. I couldnt see it under settings - privacy - autofill. Then i reinstalled firefox and now it appears. I filled the form, so it has all my information, but it doesnt seem to shop when im trying to check out of a websop for example.

ive searched every article from here and beyond, but i cannot seem to find the button to edit my payment information. strange since it still prompts to autofill it

The autofill card details isn't working. When I try to I get the message "You have no saved cards."

When I go into the Privacy & Security tab I can see that I have a number of cards saved correctly.

I have five old expired CC's that pop up every time for auto fill. However, when I follow the link, to Manage Payment Methods. It is completely empty. There's nothing to manage. How do I delete all the old stuff when there's nothing were it should be? Please see attached.

Autofill for forms is great. Until a recent update, it would fill in all of the information it had-name, address, phone, email-that a form wanted. Recently, it started filling in only a single item at a time, so I have two separate entries for name, 3 or 4 for address, another for phone, etc. Can I get back to the prior system?

Hello why my firefox installation 1440b6 64 bit on windows 10 do not autocomplete the third field in a form login ..

namely , username and identification password are correctly filled , but the third field (that in my case are named "company ID") would not, it remain empty, and i need to manually fill in each time. Actually this happen only on a one site , but may be because only this site that i use have a three field to fill in the login page...all the others need only password and username

All my attempts to pay online with 2 out of my 3 cards have failed in the last 2 weeks. The Mastercard says it has connected to my bank and I'll get an SMS - but the SMS never arrives, and when I phoned my bank, they said they had no authorisation attempts reach them at all! The Visa card simply says it failed at the first step, without saying why or serving up the usual security dialogue. (The other Visa card just works).

I suspect the Autofill may be the problem here. I've recently had other scenarios where FF filled in a field for me, but the Javascript behind the website refused to accept it, eg saying it wasn't a valid phone no when it clearly was. The only way to get round this seems to be to type in the complete value yourself, which rather defeats the object. It could be something else, but it's clearly dependent on which software's running behind the card, as the third card succeeds.
