Firefox can't seem to be able to import from Vivaldi. Whether I try, it just always takes on and on until it crashes. I remember it working whenever I tried to import browser data before trying to import from Vivaldi to Firefox.

We ran in-place upgrade from Windows 10 to Windows 11 on a number of machines. Afterwards, web sites like citibank.com or linkedin.com crash as soon as the page is loaded.

We've uninstalled/reinstalled Firefox, deleted all data, nothing worked.

Anyone else experience this problem? Is there a fix?

My Firefox browser has been crashing for a while now (Years). It's fine playing YouTube and BBC iPlayer but when I advance the time marker to a different part of the stream or video, it crashes. It also has a problem when playing slots. It seems to crash a lot making it impossible to play.

I have tried using Firefox in Troubleshooting Mode but the same things happen.

Samsung Frame 85" 2023 with GTX 1050Ti GPU, HP G4 SFF, i5-8500, Win 11 Pro 26100.3194

TV signal, and audio cuts out (black screen) when using mouse arrow to drag scroll in side bar. Also gives a loud audible "click" as sound is temporarily cut out. ( Most probably whole HDMI signal is cut)

Black screen bug happens randomly with You tube with no mouse or keyboard action, but 100% repeatable with this website when scrolling :

Since 2/11, I have eleven aboutg:crashes crash reports. Tab crashes (i.e Youtube), browser crashes. Sometimes when I have Firefox and Chrome open at the same time, for an extended length of time, (I reluctantly use Chrome when Firefox has a problem with a site) they both crash.

I've opened related threads here in the past with no help offered, so maybe I can get a suggestion where else to get help?

Firefox crashes every day or so on my home computer. The most common error message is "kmode exception not handled." I've tried the suggested fixes. Nothing helps. The crashes are not being recorded in "about crashes" or in %APPDATA%\Mozilla\Firefox\Crash Reports\. So it seems the crash reporter has to be fixed before the problem causing the crashes can be identified. Firefox does not crash on my office computer and no other program causes my home computer to crash. Thank you.

I've used Firefox for years and never had a problem with crashing. For several months now, it's constantly crashing. I submit a report most times but nothing seems to change. Please help! If it doesn't stop soon, I'll be leaving Firefox for good. It's making it impossible to get anything done.

So, I cannot get sound through firefox and you want me to search through numerous panels that do nothing to get a result., You want me to check connections and equipment that work in other apps which I have already gone through steps to prove.

You also have zero ability to actually contact a support rep. You prefer I go on the roundabout of obfuscation until I really want to find someone in mozilla management and insert the mozilla organisation on a long pole, five km should about do it.

For many years, I have been exchanging video calls on Facebook.

Recent attempts to video call the same person I've been video calling for the past 3 years result in "your browser doesn't support video calls"

Have I been "hacked"?

Since updating to version 135 all the tabs crash. I've uninstalled\reinstalled, deleted app data, disabled AV and created a new profile. The only time it works is in troubleshooting mode. I've looked at extensions and plugins and I'm only seeing OpenH264 video codec and Widevine content decryption. I've disabled those but still get the crashed tabs.

I'm also not generating any crash logs.

Can you guys check why your netflix account is getting logged out every time regardless of how many times you logged in and for prime video if you play any video i'm getting video player error, can you please check

My GPU is the integrated GPU on the Intel U7-155H CPU. When some AVC videos are played, the browser reacts extremely slow and the video image is glitched and at a really low rate of frame, and the video decoding engine seemed to be 100% occupied as shown in the task manager (normal video playback never occupied so much of it). Seems like AV1 encoded video never triggered the problem. The problem doesn't always happen, but at a rather high frequency. This never happened before I updated the Intel graphics driver from 32.0.101.5972 to 32.0.101.6129. The problem seemed not to happen on other browsers such as Microsoft Edge.

Audio doesn't work with Firefox. This appears to be ONLY a Firefox problem. Headphones work with Edge. Computer speakers work. In Windows settings, testing audio works. But when I attempt to listen to something in Firefox, there is no sound at all.

My screen has been zoomed so I only see half of the email or image. Support at yahoo said that this is a Firefox issue. I would like to"unzoom" so I can see the full screen ar one time.
