I used Firefox Sync when I bought my new computer and it worked perfectly. This time, I had to reset my computer and forgot my password. Using my account associated email, I reset my password and my information was gone.

I get phone notifications that a streamer is live but when I go to their page on Twitch on my laptop, I see them as offline (screen shot).

I've tried clearing cache and cookies and do not currently have any pluggins that affect Twitch.

i installed updated version of mozilla and after login i lost all the previous data and i also tried it to recover from my last backup but it's not working please help me with that i need my data back

I have been using Firefox to log into the Social Security site for years. Today, I am unable to log in, after trying several approaches. I switched to Chrome and was able to log in immediately. What has changed in Firefox?

Unrelated issue. On this page is an option to "share data." When I tried it, nothing showed up, but there was a link to explain how to do it manually. When I went back to this page, it was blank, and I had to start over again. Not good website design!

Audio/Video frequently goes out of sync. I can fix it by exiting FF and restarting it, but this is annoying because it usually has to be done one or more times every day.

For the last two days, cnn.com won't load and gives a message that the browser is blocked. Can you explain how I can remedy that? It's a rather popular site, so I assume Firefox will want it to work. All my other sites are working fine, so I'm assuming it some adjustment that cnn made on their end.

I am using Windows 7 and Firefox 115.5. When I close Firefox, it stalls and after a minute I get an error message saying Windows Explorer is hung up. Then if I can get an option to close the program. I have tried many ways to exit Firefox but nothing helps this. Thanks.

Still image quality good but videos are over-saturated in colour. Same videos in Chrome videos are not over-saturated. Many people have this issue but no solution in search results.

So I've noticed that after putting my computer to sleep, upon return Firefox will be unable to load any videos from seemingly any site. The temporary solution to this is to reset my computer as sign offs, locks or returning to sleep do not clear the issue. I've tested on different browsers/sites and can confirm that this is exclusive to firefox. I have booted firefox in troubleshoot mode, cleared my history and given the sites time to load with no luck on any of them.

Is there a solution to this?

When I open a new browser and start to type www in the URL firefox auto suggests youtube.com instead of google.com. This is something that has just started with the new update. My previous version auto suggested google.com when I typed www into the URL. How do I get that back? I don't want to turn off the suggestion feature I just want it to default to google.

I recently installed Firefox on my new computer and when I tried to log into my account to sync browsing history, saved logins, extensions, etc., I realized that I forgot my Firefox account password. After I reset my firefox account password, firefox is now not syncing any of my data.

New: Is it true that changing the Mozilla account password will cause the sync data to be lost? If so, why didn't I get any warning before changing the password? In the current state, if I log in the account on Firefox Android, will the information on the Android device be lost, or will the desktop Firefox sync with it? please guide me
