Good afternoon, dear Mozilla, I've been using Firefox for 4 years now and I really like this browser. I used your built-in VPN for a long time and it really helped me out because I live in Russia and half the internet is inaccessible without your VPN. I want to inform you that your VPN has stopped working for me. That is, if I turn on the VPN and only then will your built-in VPN work, I ask you to fix it so that the VPN works as well as before. All the best.

I do NOT want to use ANY VPN services. Since you introduced this, or rather, forced it on me, my browsing experience has been terrible. How do I turn off VPN? There is no VPN icon on my topolbar despite what your instructions say.

No web pages are loading when the built in Firefox vpn is on. Worked fine a few days ago and I haven’t changed any settings, still have GB allowance. Just seems to have stopped working. Web pages load fine with it off. Changed browsers and still nothing. On windows 11. Cheers

I've enabled the FireFox VPN in my browser, but it's annoying because I have to turn on the VPN every time I start FireFox! Why does the VPN not start automatically? I've searched all the options, but there doesn't seem to be one to fix this problem.

What are the step-to-step instructions in order to use Free VPN? (see attached image) I did a query on the web and it came back stating that Firefox VPN was not free. I am confused. Thank you for your prompt assistance.

Using the Firefox browser, I tried to copy an image and wasn't able to do so. Then I copied an image using another browser and wasn't able to paste it into a Facebook post on Firefox. Please tell me how to fix this. I can't copy/paste text either. Could the problem be my Mozilla VPN?

When i try to access to the net with firefox and the VPN is actived, i can't. it's searching but never finding. If i desactivated the VPN, it's work. The problem is here just since a few days. Before it was working

I want to setup the VPN in firefox but the instructions refer to the VPN icon which is not visible to me. When I try to add it to the toolbar the instructions say to click more tools from the menu at the top right, but there isn't a selection called more tools.

I had the built-in VPN in Firefox enabled. I used it successfully for about a month, but this evening it disappeared from my toolbar. How can I restore access to this feature?

Yesterday when I used the Firefox VPN I could select United Kingdom, but today it does not appear in the list of countries available. I need the United Kingdom to access a streaming service.

Hello. I have been trying to use the Firefox built-in VPN. I click on the VPN icon, click "get started" and it asks if I would like to continue with my Mozilla account. I click "Continue" and it says I am signed in and to click the VPN icon again to turn on the VPN. When I click the VPN again, it does not give me the option to turn it on. It only shows the "Get Started" button again and starts the process over. (see attached image)
