Hello. I have just had Best Buy's Geek Squad complete some work on my PC. Now I cannot access my Amazon.com site, even though I have added it to my Kaspersky account. Firefox keeps displaying a "problem loading page" error. I am an Amazon customer. I also have NordVpn. How do I fix this, please? Thank you for any help that you can give.

I use the Bookmarks Toolbar for all of my desktop bookmarks. I frequently create new bookmarks or refile bookmarks by dragging them and dropping them into the appropriate subfolder in the toolbar. While navigating through multiple layers of bookmark subfolders, I often accidentally slide the new bookmark a few pixels above or to the side of the submenu, briefly hovering over the browser window surrounding the expanded menus. After a fraction of a second, all of the submenus collapse and I have to start over.

Is there any ui tweak available to insert a delay into this submenu collapse? I have already tried changing ui.submenuDelay and ui.click_hold_context_menus.delay, but neither of those had any effect on this issue.

Hello, I've encountered a problem, when loading Youtube site, video previews are not loading. Tried to remove and disable all the add-ons in my browser, including ad blocker, but nothing helped. I also cleaned the cache and browser cookies. Can you please tell me how to solve this problem?

The icon for MyPointSaver keeps showing up in new tabs after I try dismissing the icon and erasing it from the browser's history. How can I make that icon go away?

When I try to open sites like HiveOS [OS] or Flexpool I always get an "Unable to Connect" error. This happens of both my Mac and my Linux machine but not my phone's Firefox. It does not happen in other browsers such as Safari. I followed all the tips in Firefox can't load websites but other browsers can but none of them worked.

I just got a new Mac Mini which is running 11.2.1. When I wake my Mac, Firefox won't respond. Quitting and restarting immediately fixes the problem. Any thoughts on this problem?

I don't see anymore comments from other Instagram users in my comment section (the one with a heart icon). This only happened for the last three days or so. I used to be able to read comments form other users, but now when I click on the heart icon, I get a message that says "fail to upload". Now I have to remember which photos I looked and commented and go to the particular photos to see if anyone has made any comments. Why is this happening?

I just added a new Firefox installation to my Firefox account. I did so by clicking on sync settings, in order to have a chance to modify the settings before sync started. As expected, I was first prompted to sign in to my Firefox account. I was then invited to install Firefox on my smartphone, which doesn't interest me. Since I found no option to dismiss this completely, I clicked on "remind me later". Then, instead of opening Sync settings as I expected, Firefox began to sync immediately. In fact the activity blocked Firefox for a while, preventing me from accessing sync settings at all. After getting into the settings, I disabled some things in sync settings, but don't know what undesired "cross-fertilization" may have already occurred between my Firefox installations. How can I find out? How can I get control of Firefox's syncing behaviour? There is a prominent "Sync now" button in the sync settings, but this only makes sense to me if there is some way to stop automatic syncing and make Firefox wait for me to click the button. How can I suspend automatic sync and make Firefox wait for a manual sync command?

Since a few Days I cannot reach any website. Or sometimes Websites Doesn’t load completely and get stucked. Or sometimes there is a reduced layout loading on the websites I want to go to _ more like in html mode.

Is there some way to pass POST data when navigating between containers? As someone who uses searX as their search engine, which uses POST requests to perform searches, it is very inconvenient that I cannot make searches when the site that I'm searching from is in one container and the search engine I'm using is set to open in a different container, as the data containing my search request does not actually get passed.

Hello everyone, 3 weeks ago I have started to face random crashes and no responding at all from my browser. Even though I have the latest version of Firefox but nothing seems to work well and I don't know the reason since it doesn't give me crash reports. In addition I didn't install any suspicious add-ons or external plugins since the problem had accrued.
