OS: Windows 10 Pro 64-bit with all the latest Windows updates installed; running Windows version 23H2. Firefox release I'm having problems with: 137.0.2.

Just upgraded to release/version 137.0.2. The first time I open Firefox each day it takes about 2 to 3 minutes for ANY website to load. Sometimes when a web page does eventually load none of the images display.

I have tried same websites using Google Chrome AND Microsoft Edge. Websites don't have problems loading using either of those 2 browsers unless I have Firefox open in another window. If they load slowly, as soon as I close Firefox, web page load quickly in Chrome or Msoft Edge.

Not a RAM problem because I typically have around 20% of my RAM being used.

Did not have any of these problems using Firefox version 137.0.1.

UPDATE: Thought maybe it was one of my add-on/extensions so I checked for updates. Four needed updating. Made the updates and website still no loading properly.

When I paste an URL in the address bar with Ctrl+V and then press Enter before releasing Ctrl, the page is opened in a new tab. How can I disable that? I want it in the same tab. (If I release Ctrl and then hold it again before pressing Enter, it opens in the same tab already.)

I want to 'Import bookmarks, passwords, history, and autofill data into Firefox' - from an Extreme SSD, used as a Time Machine on my iMac.

I had to do a clean install on my iMac = due to a problem with the latest OS system update Sequoia. And have so far been UNABLE to import either 'Passwords from CSV file' or Bookmarks from HTML file'.

Roboform doesn't show up in the toolbar and it doesn't pop up to suggest passwords. Video download helper doesn't show up in toolbar. This all started after the latest update. Thanks Bob

All my history is gone as well, but I really only care about the bookmarks, as there are a lot of them and I've spent many hours accumulating and organizing them. Is there any way I can recover them?

Firefox version 137.0.2 Windows 10 Enterprise version 1703

I've been able to sign in to bluemountain.com on my desktop for years, but I can't now. I can sign in on my android phone and tablet.

I cannot tile my Firefox windows to left or right when I choose vertical tabs mode from settings. It works fine with horizontal tabs enabled. I am using Firefox 137.0.1 on Linux Mint 22.1 Cinnamon 6.4.8 with Linux Kernel version 6.8.0-57-generic, display server X11.

This button that looks like a jig saw bit will not budge.

Can I delete this in about:config by deleting the 'unified extention button' and can I delete the 'HKLM/SOFTWARE/Wow6432Node/Mozilla/Firefox/Extensions' in the registry?

Firefox these days is getting a burden with more info and such like being collected behind out backs, it's about to be ditched on all my computers, the last few episodes make me want out.

I run Win 7 pro 64bit with ESR update no problem but..... my Win 7 32 bit laptop worked flawlessly until today when it 'gave up' I updated to the ESR version, and has become very slow and when going to Sky news it 'seem' to get stuck on 'Read e3.365dm.com', then 'Read assetts.adobedtm.com', is this an Adobe problem?

I just don't see this on the 64bit machine, OK the 32 bit is a wee slower than the 64bit BUT it did work After a while it changes to 'Read cdn.privicy-mgmt.com' (some something like that) I've never seen on the 64 bit.

I got to admit I did let it update, meaning to say I never cleared all the old installation out.... I do have to force a shutdown, it seems all other trash is running ... maybe clogging the RAM.

Can anyone throw any light on this.... yeah, I know it's an old machine BUT it did work prior to the update.

Sometimes, for the past year or so, the icon for the cursor in the search bar will get large and obscure the text near it. Here's a pic.

I always have the latest version of both Firefox and the Mac OS.

When I go to Firefox and try to sign in to my gmail, an ad for google Workspace prevents me from getting past this page. I can use Chrome and get to my emails but I'm noticing things like links to other event or places aren't working when I forward the link. Are these things related? And can I do something to get past the ad and into my gmails via Firefox? I'm not tech savvy--just a basic user.
