Hello, I'm having an issue with how Firefox is displaying images on some of our product pages. The image appears to be zoomed in which cuts off the side of the product image. The exact same product page displays completely fine when using Safari and Chrome. I cannot figure out the issue. Please see attached images.

I have tried:

modifying the about:config page prefs:

   browser.enable_automatic_image_resizing
   browser.enable_click_image_resizing 

I have also tried resetting the zoom features (Command/Conrl +/-/0).

I have also tried reinstalling firefox and running the browser without any extensions.

None of these worked. Any suggestions?

I have tried doing the History > Forget about this site stuff and deleting cookies on individual sites. Still, I cannot get past the login page for a number of websites that are crucial to my operations. Like Elementor.com. when I need to connect to my account, I enter my username and password and it just stays frozen on the login screen. If I go the Edge, it works just fine, but FF keeps hanging on websites????

I am a web developer and i am working on a ecommerce website for my client ,i am faceing a issue with my website ,the website has been developed in wocommerce,wordpress and the problem which i am faceing with the website is that when i am opening website product category and reloading the same page the product images are buffering and product images are not displayed and this has decreased my web traffic from firefox browser,i kindly request you to look into it and try to resolve this issue as it is working fine in all the other browsers and devices.I am sharing a screenshot for your refrence and also sharing the website link-https://roomdoctor.com/product-category/bunks-lofts/

Kind request to solve this asap and get back with a solution

All of a sudden every time I start my laptop Mozilla starts up. How do I stop that? I have read and tired a few things but they don't seem to work. I am not technical at all so am guessing it is something I have done or am doing wrong. Hopefully you can set me straight and get this fixed once and for all. Thank you

York County, SC. Comporium is my streaming TV provider. Been watching on my PC for years. Suddenly I get this when I try to log on: "Firefox can’t find the file at https://streamtv.comporium.com/browse/live." So I reluctantly switch over to Chrome which finds it immediately. Thanks in advance.

When I try to access my bank Firefox waits for 2 minutes performing a TLS handshake with my bank. After this time the issue resolves and I can access my bank. I have not had this issue before. I have tried all the usual resets, eg reboot, delete cookies etc to no avail. This issue has only started in he last few days. I am on win 11 (no recent updates) with AVG Free. I note that FF 130 was installed on 5th Sept.

Any thought on how to clear this problem? Thanks

Mam problem w arkuszach googla. Kiedy przewijam myszką od razu przenoszę się na ostatni dolny róg arkusza - ostatnią komórkę i wtedy scroll myszki jest zablokowany.Jedyny sposób przejścia na pierwszą komórkę to przewijanie suwakami. Dzieje się to tylko w firefoxie na jednym z kont do synchronizacji firefoxa. Na innych przeglądarkach działa to prawidłowo, na innym z kont również, nawet w dokumentach googla działa ok - tylko arkusze sprawiają problem. Nie potrafię przewijać myszką wiersz po wierszu. Wygląda tak jakby w ustawieniach przeglądarki było coś przełączone.

I have recently changed from Windows 7 to Windows 10 and my computer is running extremely slow. It takes about a minute and sometimes longer to switch from one thing to another such as face book to messenger or my inbox. It almost seems as slow as a dial up connection would be . What seems to be the problem? I don't even know if you are the people I should be writing too, but maybe you have a suggestion?

I get the message "Sorry, the video player failed to load.(Error Code: 101102)"

The video player works on Safari on this website.

I only have a few tabs open at any one time, usually only one or two. I only have adblock plus and bitwarden as extensions. But when I open firefox desktop, even before I've navigated to any page, it is using a few hundred MB to almost a GB of memory.

I'm not understanding just what would happen if I cancel my cable service (don't watch TV) and go to strictly streaming services, that I'm using now exclusively anyway. Can you help my poor confused brain function again???

Firefox will not load. I receive this message: Error: Platform version ‘130.0’ is not compatible with minVersion > = 129.0.2 maxVersion < = 129.0.2

I cannot use Firefox due to this error message. What do I do now?
