I am experiencing an issue with the Keeper browser extension on Mozilla Firefox. Despite configuring all related settings appropriately, the extension consistently locks out every time I close the browser.

To troubleshoot, I have:

Verified that the extension is enabled and fully allowed in Firefox’s Extension settings.

Ensured that Keeper is whitelisted in every possible relevant setting within the browser.

Checked that the "stay logged in" or persistent session options are correctly set within Keeper’s own configuration.

Confirmed that no conflicting privacy settings or third-party add-ons are interfering with the extension's functionality.

Despite these measures, the extension does not retain its logged-in state upon browser closure. This behavior suggests a persistent session issue not aligned with the user-side configuration.

I would appreciate guidance on how to resolve this.

I am trying to access my account at Now Finance (nowfinance.com.au) and I can't get past the login challenge. I have changed my password on the site several times with no change in the result. I can login OK with Opera and Google, but not firefox.

I don't need to login now. I have done my business using Chrome, but I think the above is something you need to know.

I am unable to access my account because I no longer have access to the email address and phone number linked to it. I have forgotten the password, and I cannot recover the account through the usual methods. Please assist me in recovering my account. I can not edit the domain address in the password save section. I can change user name and pw, but not the domain name/address. This is very annoying for sites like twitter that have now changed to x as it's not straight forward and prohibitive to my own saved information and it not allowing me to alter it in the EDIT section. Thank you for any help you can provide.

My windows computer recently got the blue screen and needed to be reset, and when I got it back up and running, and loaded Firefox, and signed into Mozilla, none of my stored passwords are there. I had done the sync before, they should have been there, no? I have an encrypted email for work and there's no way to reset the password, I just lose access to that email address. Why are all my passwords gone?

When opening Firefox, Duplicates open but are unseen. I may have 2 tabs open but my task manager tells me there are 14, sometimes 31. What can I do to stop or get rid of the duplicates pages. if I can't I will have to remove Firefox.
