I love Firefox and generally really appreciate the way y'all operate as a company and developer.

However, I really don't like this new function to add tabs to a group. Since it rolled out, I'm always adding tabs into groups when I don't mean to. Really, it's creating a group almost every time I move a tab around. If I delete the group, it's just more clicks and distractions to deal with.

In the past, when you've rolled out new features like this, you've also made it very easy to turn off any new feature we don't like. But I can't figure out how to turn this off. Is it possible?

This is a feature request to allow users to change the order of tabs in the vertical tab bar. I would like new tabs to show up on top of the vertical tab bar rather than the bottom. I would also like the 'new tab' button to be at the top rather than the bottom of the browsers.

My Firefox browser just updated to version 143.0.1. When the browser reopened, there was an instructional page that opened in a new tab describing the Unload Tab function. I followed the instructions, right-clicked on the tab, the drop down menu appeared, but there wasn't an Unload Tab option. However, there was a Reload Tab option shown.

How do I resolve this? I'm using a macOS 15.6.1.

When I want to duplicate a tab, can I configure the 'duplicated' tab so it appears exactly next to the tab I'm duplicating instead of at the end of all the open tabs at the far right end of my browser? If I can't would it be too much of a bother to include that as an option we can configure? Maybe it's ridiculous or I'm using the interface wrong but it's super annoying to have to manually grab the duplicated tab and scoot it back next to the tab you duplicated from. Thanks!

1. Close Firefox (FF) with some tabs open 2. While FF is closed the websites are updated 3. Open Firefox, tabs reopen 4. Go to tabs

Expected: Tabs should the latest version of the website (ie the page has been refreshed)

Actual: Tabs are showing the old, previous (cached) versions of the website and not refreshing to show the latest

User has to manuall refresh each tab to see the latest version of the page

Are other people seeing this issue?

Previously, I was able to click on an image in a page, then it would appear below that pre-click. Then, if I wanted to view the image link, it would open that link in a new tab. Now, for some reason, when I try to click to the new location, it opens it in my existing tab, rather than a new tab. How can I fix that?

When I start PiP on Youtube via the keyboard shortcut 'command+option+shift+]', the miniplayer becomes focused, such that pressing 'control+tab' only cycles through options in the miniplayer, rather than switching tabs. It seems to me that the fix would be to force the focus back to the main window either automatically, or if control is held while pressing tab.

All of my tabs at the top of the Firefox window have vanished. There's a list of websites at the left side to choose -- but I am not able to open more than one window. I want to restore all of my tabs!

I would like to have my tabs I use everyday reopen when I turn the browser back on. In settings I have checked the box for "open previous windows & tabs" However, when I reopen the browser the previous tabs are not there and I have to recreate the line-up of my tabs which takes time etc. How do I fix this? There are four tabs on the tab line that did not close out when I turned off the computer. Each time I come on the tabs are still there. I can close them out individually but they come on again when I sign in again. Also, I can not use the "home" button to utilize Google.
