Hello! I've been seeing some strange behavior on firefox launch or on new profile launch. There is a popup during startup, can't see it on the screen but I can see it in tray. Is this normal or no? I observed it on two different hp notebooks so far.

I've powered off and on and I've done everything I read online to do but keep going in circles.
